A spontaneous jam session follows and studio head Sam Phillips switches on the recording equipment, preserving the only time these four musicians ever played together. The Ultimate Rock `n’ Roll Jam Session is a recreation of this day and stars James Blundell, Nick Barker, Dave Larkin and Ezra Lee. Playing at the Opera House’s Playhouse Theatre from February 15 to 27, the show combines stories and music from that day at Sun Studios, Memphis. We are giving away a great prize to celebrate this show. The prize includes four tickets to the opening night, as well as the chance to attend the after party and meet the stars; one dinner for four at a select Circular Quay restaurant; interval drinks; and four passes for a backstage Opera House tour.
