This one off promotion offers the winner a real chance to address their health and fitness concerns with the support and guidance of specialist exercise consultants and allied health professionals.

Competition Prize
Free 12 week membership and complimentary personal training sessions for the duration of the membership.
All entrants receive a free 'wellness check'.
ALL ENTRANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
COMPETITION IS NOT OPEN TO CURRENT MEMBERS OF BFIT STUDIO
1)The winner of this package will undergo a health assessment in order to establish their physical suitability to commence the exercise program. If the winner is found to be unsuitable to commence exercise, due to physical health concerns, the winner will be referred to their G.P. to gain further clarification of any concerns highlighted in the health check and to gain approval for the exercise program to commence. Bfit Studio reserves the right to withdraw the prize and re-draw the competition due to failure to gain G.P. approval for exercise commencement.
2)One entry per person is allowed. Potential entrants who have used, or attempted to use, more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by Bfit Studio, except in the case of a legal change of name, will be disqualified.
3) A potential entrant of this competition cannot enter if they are an employee of Bfit Studio or its subsidiary companies. The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child or sibling (whether natural or adopted by the parent) of any Bfit Studio employee are also not allowed to enter the competition.
4) The free 12 week membership package will be conducted under the same terms and conditions as Bfit Studio's standard membership contract, to be signed prior to the commencement of this package (available upon request).
5) The personal training sessions will be administered at a ratio of two sessions a week with no more than twenty four (24) sessions in total to be completed within the 12 week free membership period.
6) Bfit Studio reserves the right to re-arrange any personal training session, within a suitable time frame, deemed appropriate by the Studio without any financial recompense.
7) The client must inform the Studio twenty four (24) hours in advance of their pre-arranged personal training session if they wish to cancel the session.
8) Personal training session may not be 'carried over' beyond the length of the free 12 week membership period. Any session(s) that are not completed by the end of this period will be cancelled.
9) By agreeing to these terms and conditions you agree to allow Bfit Studio to report, via various advertizing sources, your progression to your health and fitness objectives and allow Bfit Studio to use this material in any current or future advertising campaigns without compensation otherwise prohibited by law.
10) This competition is not to be run in conjunction with any other offer or prizes administered by Bfit Studio. Prizes are non-transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash.
11) If this specified prize became unavailable due to some unforeseen circumstance, Bfit Studio may substitute this prize for one of equal value.
12) Winners of the competition will be notified by phone or e-mail. The prize must be collected within twenty one (21) days of winning where upon a copy of these terms and conditions will be made available to be signed and endorsed by the winner. Prizes will only be awarded following winner validation and verification.
13) The final draw for the prize will be made by an independent party in the presence of two (2) independent witnesses in February 2011.
14) Bfit Studio takes no responsibility for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise contact details provided by an entrant. Bfit Studio makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes.
a) Bfit Studio shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered or sustained (including but not limited to consequential loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit or economic loss), including personal injury or damage suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting any prize or participation in any competition or prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
b) A person who enters a competition releases and indemnifies Bfit Studio from and against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize or participation in any competition including (but not limited to) personal injury whether direct, indirect, consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission, or otherwise.
c) A winner (or his or her guests/parent/guardian as appropriate) may be required to sign and return any liability release provided by Bfit Studio as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and a selection of another winner.
15) Ownership (including intellectual property rights) in all entries (whether in written, audio or visual form, or a combination of those) are assigned to Bfit Studio upon submission and remain the property of Bfit Studio (subject to any limits in accordance with privacy laws).
16) Entrants acknowledge that the collection of personal information will be in accordance with privacy laws.
17) Bfit Studio is not responsible for lost, interrupted communications or unavailable network server or other connections, failed telephone, mid-delivery or computer transmissions or errors of any other kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic.
Bfit Studio assumes no responsibility for any error, defect, delay, theft or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries. Subject to any written directions given under the applicable law, if for any reason, the competition is capable of operating as planned, including infection by computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of Bfit Studio which corrupts of affects the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the
competition, then Bfit Studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this competition. Bfit Studio also reserves the right to disqualify any individual from the competition at its own discretion.
