'Live Mortgage Free' - Terms & Conditions of Entry:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry to the 'Live Mortgage Free' competition is open to residents of Australia who live in New South Wales , Queensland , Northern Territory, Victoria , Tasmania and Western Australia who have an existing residential mortgage, who have registered on this website, provided valid contact data and have requested a free mortgage reduction analysis. All and any data submitted as part of the subscription must also be valid and only one subscription is allowed per individual. Any discrepancy will lead to an entry being invalid.

3. Entries must comply with these Conditions of Entry to be valid. The Promoter's employees and their immediate families, its associated companies, its agencies associated with this promotion, and associated prize partner companies are ineligible.

4. The Promotion commences 1.07.10 and closes 12 midnight EST on 30.6.11 with prizes drawn calendar monthly. All closing dates indicated in these terms and conditions will close at the time 12 midnight EST. The prizes will be drawn at the registered office of Clark Family Pty Ltd. Winners will be notified via email, placement on this website and by telephone. The prize draw will be conducted on the 10th business day of August 2009 at the above address at 10am and calendar monthly thereafter. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The prize comprises of 1 month's actual mortgage payment on behalf of the winner to a maximum amount of $1500 AUD paid, at the option of the promoter, either to the winner or directly to the winner's mortgagee.

6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.

7. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

8. It is the entrants' responsibility to ensure that their contact details, are correct at the time of entry.

9. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and subject to any written direction given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

10. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.

11. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition which may occur in the course of the administration of this competition.

12. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual for tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site; acting in violation of these terms and conditions; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

13. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA). In the event of any winners in the unclaimed prize draw, they will be notified by email and via the Public Notices of the Australian newspaper.

14. Programming and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.

15. Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these conditions of entry, all prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool will be not be honoured.

16. Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at its absolute discretion. Prize winners may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.

17. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
