Rules & Conditions
Tuesday 11th of January until Saturday 9th of April 2011 – 87 days
Times ‐ Entries are available from 9am til close every day for the 87 day period as per the entry conditions detailed in the following section.
Entry into each draw will be available up until 7pm every Monday and Thursday night. The draws will take place between 7.00pm and 8.00pm
with the final Major draw being conducted on Saturday the 9th of April, 2011 at 8.00pm. There will be five more bonus entries on this major
draw day between 7.00 and 8.00pm. As usual entries will close at 7.00pm on this day. Entries can only be gained by purchasing product/service
from C.ex Coffs Premises.
At the completion of each weekly draw the barrel is emptied ready for the next draw session.
The Brasserie/Seafood Buffet & Rendezvous Restaurant: Meals purchased in these food areas entitles members to entries into the WIN AN

(3) entries; goods valued at $36 are seven (7) entries.
Participants will receive entry tickets every time they purchase products except from the TAB, raffles, gaming machines and bingo from the
club when their membership card is swiped at a cash register. The member’s details will be automatically printed on the tickets on a printer
located next to the cash register. The staff member will hand all printed tickets to the member who will then place the tickets in the specially
marked entry barrel that is situated at the main reception to go into the weekly draw.
The promotion will be run every day whilst ever the Club is open for normal trade.
In line with the Club’s policy on promotional prizes (Policy #6), Staff, Management and Directors of the Coffs Ex‐Services Memorial and
Sporting Club Ltd are not permitted to enter this promotion.
Any weekly winner who is unable to be present at the major draw on Saturday the 9th of April 2011 will forfeit their entry.
Entries and prizes are not transferable.
Draw Format ‐ All draws will be conducted in Vista Lounge area of the Club. At the draw times detailed above, five (5) entries will be drawn
from the entry barrel and the winner’s names announced over the public address system. The winners will have four minutes to present
themselves to the Service Manager in charge of the draw. If a winner does not present themselves a re‐draw will occur in 4‐minute intervals
until five winners are found. Each weekly winner will be eligible to go in the main draw for the WIN AN ENDLESS SUMMER WITH A BRAND
NEW SKODA ROOMSTER Promotion. The entry barrel will be emptied after each draw.
The Club’s Service Managers will be responsible for conducting the draws and distributing the prizes. Details of all winners, the order in which
they were drawn and prizes will be recorded.
Prizes ‐ Total value of the prize available to be won is a Skoda Roomster, Registered and Delivered. This prize is not redeemable for cash. Full
vehicle value registered and on the road costs are $29,205.00.
