1.    Entry and other instructions contained within this promotion form part of these terms and conditions.  By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2.    Employees, directors, officers, management and immediate families of Nationwide News, and the associated company providing the prize are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is deemed to be siblings, parents, children, and family living under the same roof.

4.    Competition commences on Friday 11 February 2011 at 12.00 noon (AWST) and closes Friday 25 February 2011 at 12.00 noon (AWST). Entries must be received before the closing time and date.
5.    How to enter: To enter, readers must logon to www.perthnow.com.au during the promotional period and enter their details and register for the PerthNow and Cable Beach Club Resort and Spa mailing list.  Only one entry per person per email address allowed. Any entrant found entering more than once will be disqualified.  Winners will be contacted by mail.
6.    The prize package includes:

- Two (2) return tickets to Broome departing from Perth and includes all Government surcharges, fees and taxes. Travel insurance is not included in the prize, however is strongly recommended. The successful applicants release the Promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the Promoter or the promotion. Flights to the value of $2,000 for two people.

- Five (5) nights accommodation in a Cable Beach Club resort Villa including breakfast each morning for two people and return transfers from Broome International Airport. Valued at $5,450.

- Any incidental charges including but not limited to, transport to and from point of departure, additional meals, alcoholic beverages above the allocated spend, spending money, optional excursions whilst on holiday, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and insurances will be the sole responsibility of the winner.

- Prize must be taken between 1 March 2011 and 30 June 2011, excludes School Holiday periods and is subject to availability.  An 18k yellow and white gold Australian South Sea cultured pearl pendant valued at $2,500.

- A Willie Creek Pearls Touring Package for two people including a Pear Farm Tour, a Pearl Luggers Tour and Broome Sightseeing Tour valued at $430.

- Total prize pool value is up to $10,380. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

- If for any reason a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited.


7.    Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Tickets are strictly non-transferrable.
8.    The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen or misdirected prizes.
9.    Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter/s. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value.
10.    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
