One grand prize winner will receive: A luxury eco gift package worth $500
Nine 1,000 milestone winners will receive: A luxury eco gift basket worth $250 or (a sponsored gift)

1. The contest is open to everyone over the age of 18. Rain Tees and Living Green Magazine, including their respective affiliates and associates, are excluded from entry.
2. In order to enter and have a tree planted on their behalf, as well as to be eligible for the prizes, individuals must sign up with their email address with the form provided at the top of this page.
3. One grand prize winner will be chosen at random by a third party when the goal of 10,000 trees has been accomplished. The winner will be notified via email they have provided that they have won and be asked to provide a current mailing address to info@raintees.com.
4. Nine other winners will be chosen for each 1,000 tree milestone prize. These winners will also be chosen by a third party and notified via the email they have provided to enter the contest.
5. By claiming the prize, the winners authorize the use of their name and city/state on social media services such as Facebook and Twitter in an official announcement of the winners.
6. In accepting the prize, the winners acknowledge that Rain Tees and Living Green Magazine may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
7. The person(s) whose name(s) is drawn as being the winner(s) of the specific prize will be required to provide a current address for mailing purposes only. Rain Tees and Living Green Magazine will never redistribute any personal information to any third-parties, including your email address, without an individual's consent.
8. Rain Tees and Living Green Magazine have the absolute and sole discretion to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
