Terms and conditions
1. Information on how to enter these competitions forms part of the terms and conditions. Entry is open only to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and agencies associated with these promotions are ineligible to enter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries that are not genuine, are incomplete, or are ineligible, will be declared void. Entry is via the Video Ezy website or SMS number 199 1399. One entry per website membership only.
2. It is a game of chance. Permit number NSW LTPM/11/00185, ACT TP TP 11/009371. SMS call cost 55c incl GST.

3. Entries for the THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE VOYAGE OF THE DAWN TREADER / BLU-RAY MOVIES PACK competition open April 15, 2011 and close 11:59pm April 24, 2011. Entries will be drawn 16th May 2011 at Oxygen Marketing, 1/16 Palmer Pde, Cremorne VIC 3121. Winners will be notified by mail upon receiving their prize, please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner before 5:00pm on 16 May 2011, the entry(ies) drawn will be deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry and a further draw(s) will take place at 9:00am, 17th May 2011, Oxygen Marketing, Level 1, 16 Palmer Pde, Cremorne VIC 3121.  The winner(s) of the unclaimed prize draw(s) will be the first valid entry(ies) drawn and successfully contacted by the Promoter.  The winner(s) of the unclaimed draw(s) will be contacted by phone and/or email and in the event that he/she cannot be contacted within 12 hours, this condition will apply to subsequent draws until winner(s) are determined. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. The Promoter (Ezy Entertainment Marketing) accepts no responsibility for any variation in prizes. Prize includes: 1 x Framed Narnia Dawn Treader Ship Segment Prop with letter of authenticity & The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage Of The Dawn Treader, Love & Other Drugs, Gulliver's Travels, Red, Megamind, Little Fockers, The King's Speech, Morning Glory, Life As We Know It, The Last Exorcism, Fair Game, SWAT: Firefight, The Tourist, Devil on Blu-ray + 2 Video Ezy rental vouchers. There is 1 prize to be won. Prize is valued at $827.30. Total prize pool is valued at $827.30. All prices stated in Australian dollars, represent the recommended retail price ("RRP") and include GST. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

6. If the winners are under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to the winners' parent or legal guardian.

7. The Promoter- Ezy Entertainment Marketing, Video Ezy and all related bodies corporate, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for and shall be held harmless for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of accepting the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8. If the competition does not run for its duration due to, but not limited to, computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Promoter's control that corrupts or affects administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

9. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in these competitions.

10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter (Ezy Entertainment Marketing) may use the entrants' names, addresses and entry pieces for any promotional, marketing, publicity or commercial purposes, unless opted out with entry. Ezy Entertainment Marketing will not allow any third party to access information on any entrant in these competitions.

11. All winners' prizes will be automatically mailed out to the address provided upon entry, unless otherwise notified by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or undelivered prizes. One month after the publication of the winner's name, all claims for prizes by those published winners will be void.
