TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. The Promoters are the Herald and Weekly Times Pty Ltd (ABN 49 004 113 937) of 40 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006 and Polarity Consultants (ABN
37070796815) of 45 Dove Street, Richmond, VIC 3121.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Victoria. Winners who are under the age of 18 will have the prize awarded to their parent/guardian.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, directors, management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies
associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
4. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. One entry per person, multiple entries are not acceptable.
6. To enter, register at the WIN a Cadbury Easter prize pack competition on www.heraldsun.com.au and fully complete the online entry form.
When and if you register, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate registration form. You
acknowledge that if any inaccurate information is provided by you, your entry will be deemed invalid.

Prize Restrictions:-
• Must be collected from The Herald & Weekly Times Pty Ltd, 40 City Road, Southbank VIC 3006 on either 20/4/11 or 21/4/11 during business
hours 9am-5pm. If the prize is not collected on 20/4/11 or 21/4/11 then the next available date for collection will be 27/4/11, 28/4/11 &
29/4/11 during business hours 9am-5pm.
• Products may contain traces of nuts
• Winners who are under the age of 18 will have the prize awarded to their parent/guardian.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoters take no responsibility for any lost, stolen or
misdirected prizes which are not as a result of fault of the Promoters. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prize or any part of the prize
becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. Where any prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoters reserve the right
to substitute that prize for a prize of equal value at the publishing.
9. The prize winners must, at the Promoter's request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of
charge, and consent to the Promoter's using their name and image in such promotional material.
10. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated
with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition beyond the
Promoters’ control. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries beyond the Promoters’ control. If
for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention,
fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct
of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
11. By entering this promotion, the entrant agrees that if they win, they and their guests who share their prize (who the entrant must make aware of
these terms and conditions), must comply at all times with the following provisions regarding conduct:
At all times whilst in attendance the winner and their guest will conduct themselves in a proper manner, having consideration for other
patrons. Unruly and unreasonable behaviour is prohibited. Any behaviour that is considered unacceptable by the venue, event promoters or
promoters of this competition will result in the person(s) being removed from the venue. The winner will be required to reimburse the venue for
all costs, expenses and liabilities arising from any breakage or damage to or loss of items caused by the winner and or their guest.
12. The Promoters do not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or
equivalent State or Territory legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the Promoters exclude all rights, remedies,
conditions and warranties in respect of goods or services from your use of this site, your entry into this competition or your enjoyment of the prize
whether based in statute, common law or otherwise to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the winning entrant (and
his/her companion) must exclude, release and forever discharge the Promoters and all other persons involved in the conduct, promotion and
organisation of the competition and their respective employees, officers, agents and contractors from all liability for claims, loss, damage, cost
or expenses (whether arising under statute, from negligence, personal injury, death, property damage, infringement of third party rights or
otherwise) arising directly or indirectly (including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity,
revenue or profit) or in connection with the participation in the relevant prize or attendance at any cinema or otherwise howsoever arising. The
