Promotion Period:

•Offer is valid for only Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 products purchased between October 15th, 2010 and May 31st, 2011. A copy of the completed Registration Form (together with this product's Barcode, its Proof of Purchase and you're your original purchase receipt for this product) must be post marked on or before June 10th, 2011 and received by Corel no later than June 17th, 2011 to be eligible for this promotion.
Method of Claim:

•Register your product purchase online by completing the Registration Form. The registration also requires that you enter your bank account details, including your BSB, account number and account name as payment of the cash back will be made directly to your bank account. Once you have completed the registration, review the promotion's terms and conditions and click "I Agree". (Corel is not obligated to process any Claim for a cash back to you if you decline to accept this promotion's terms and conditions). Then Click Submit. Corel is not responsible for any transmission errors.


•If you agree to these terms and conditions, cut off and send the Barcode and Proof of Purchase from the Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Full Version product box, along with a copy of your completed Registration Form and your original purchase receipt by June 10th, 2011, to Corel, PO Box 348, Artarmon, NSW 1570 .


•Upon Corel's receipt of the copy of your completed Registration Form, along with the above materials, you will receive your cash back in the form of a direct deposit into your bank account with the reference "Corel Promotion". Allow 6-8 weeks for payment of your cash back.


•Only valid Claims will be processed. Claims are deemed invalid, in Corel's sole discretion, if you decline to accept these terms and conditions, you do not comply with the Promotion Period terms, and/or if the Claim submitted lacks the original purchase receipt or any product box materials identified in this promotion.

2.The promotion is open to all residents of Australia, excluding wholesalers, retailers and other businesses selling any Corel software or services, employees and families of Corel Corp or its affiliates ("Corel"), Corel Pty Ltd, Corel's agents, and anyone involved in the administration of this promotion.


3.Customers can claim AUD$40 cashback when they purchase Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Full Version boxed product. Only one (1) application form per person will be accepted. Purchases must be made between October 15th, 2010 and May 31st, 2011. Claims must be post marked on or before June 10th, 2011 and received by Corel no later than June 17th, 2011 to be eligible for this promotion.


4.Claimants will receive a cash back in the form of a direct deposit into their nominated account with the reference "Corel Promotion".


5.This offer applies to purchases of Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Full Version boxed product only. Customers must purchase Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Full Version boxed from an authorised reseller (any Corel reseller who trades with an authorised Corel distributor in Australia). Purchases from Officeworks are not eligible for this cashback offer as similar promotions are available in store at time of purchase. Purchases of Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 from the Corel Online Store do not qualify for this offer. The offer excludes purchases of Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Academic version, Licenses, trial versions, OEM versions and Not-For-Resale versions.


6.Claims must be made via the online claim site www.corelpromotions.com.au . After submitting an online claim form, claimants must print and post the official Claim Form accompanied by the original receipt verifying purchase of the product during the Promotion Period, the Barcode from the packaging of the product and the Proof-of-Purchase (under lid flap) in a stamped envelope to: "PO Box 348, Artarmon NSW 1570".


7.Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of the claim form for payment of your cash back.


8.Corel reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim, which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.


9.Corel accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail and/or claims.


10.By making a claim, unless otherwise advised by the claimant, each claimant consents to the information they submit with their claim being entered into a database and Corel may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the claimant.
