FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOW TO CLAIM
To be eligible to claim a Whirlpool Free Finish Kit, individuals must purchase in full
one (1) of the following Whirlpool dishwasher models: ADP6000IX, ADP6000WH,
ADP5000MT, ADP5000WH, ADP8000IX, ADP8000WH or ADP9000IX, from a
participating store between 1 April 2011 and close of business on 31 May 2011.
Whirlpool Free Finish Kits will not be provided on back-ordered products, seconds or
scratch and dent products.
To claim a Whirlpool Free Finish Kit, individuals must then visit
http://guesswhosemum.com.au, follow the prompts to the competition entry page,
input the requested details including their full name, postal address, mobile phone
number, current and valid email address along with the eligible product model
number, receipt number, store of purchase, purchase date, purchase price and serial
number of the Whirlpool product purchased in the eligible transaction, read and
accept the Terms and Conditions and submit the online claim form between 1 April
2011 and 11.59pm AEST on 31 May 2011.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read this document carefully. It contains important information about
your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions, which may
apply to you.

1. Information on how to claim and information in relation to the offer form part of
these terms and conditions. Participating in this offer is deemed acceptance of
these Terms and Conditions. This offer cannot be taken in conjunction with any
other offer.
2. Offer is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. The directors,
management and employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its
related companies, agencies, suppliers and Whirlpool retailers are ineligible. Offer
is only available to consumers and is not available to businesses or commercial
buyers. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto
spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent,
grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother,
step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. The Promoter reserves the right at any time during and/or after the closing date of
the offer, to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers
with the claiming process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s
discretion. Failure of the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does
not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Offer commences on 1 April 2011 and ends for purchases at close of business at
each participating retailer on 31 May 2011 (the Offer Period). Online claims close
at 11.59pm AEST on 31 May 2011. Online claims will be deemed to be accepted
at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Online claims received
after the closing date/time will be deemed invalid and claimants will not be eligible
to receive a gift.
5. Eligible claimants must make full payment of the purchase price of their eligible
Whirlpool dishwasher during the Offer Period in order to be eligible to receive the
gift of a Whirlpool Free Finish Kit (evidenced by the store receipt).The Promoter
will not provide the Whirlpool Free Finish Kit where an eligible claimant has paid
only the deposit on the nominated Whirlpool products or has entered into a rental,
lay-by (unless lay-by was commenced and paid in full during the Offer Period),
finance, leasing or other arrangement. Whirlpool Free Finish Kits will not be
provided on back-ordered products, seconds or scratch and dent products.
6. Only one claim permitted per household.
7. Claimants must retain the original purchase receipts as proof of purchase. Failure
to produce the proof of purchase when requested may in the absolute discretion
of the Promoter result in invalidation of a claim. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly
specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the offer
period but prior to submitting their claim.
8. All valid claims will receive a Whirlpool Free Finish Kit, each valued at $52.06
(including GST). Gift value is correct as at 3 March 2011. No responsibility is
accepted for any variation in the value of the gifts. The Whirlpool Free Finish Kit
comprises of: Finish Quantum Tablets 40pk, Finish Liquid 750ml, Finish Rinse Aid
250ml regular, Finish Dishwasher Cleaner 250ml and Finish Dishwasher
Freshener lemon.
9. Where a gift (or part of the gift) is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s
control, the Promoter retains the right to substitute the gift (or that part of the gift)
with a gift of equal or greater value.
10. Successful claimants will be notified immediately online. The Whirlpool Free
Finish Kits may take up to 2 months for delivery to the claimant from the time the
claim is received by the Promoter. It will be the claimant’s responsibility to ensure
he/she inputs the correct delivery address. Any Whirlpool Free Finish Kits returned
to the Promoter due to incorrect address details input by the claimant will be
forfeited.
11. All purchases are subject to a verification check by the Promoter. The
Promoter’s decision in regard to all aspects of this promotion is final and no

correspondence will be entered into. The Whirlpool Free Finish Kit is not
transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
12. Claims received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete,
inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible claims will be deemed
invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected claims.
13. If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, the Promoter reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
14. Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or
voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for
an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this
competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured,
distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s
responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
16. The use of any automated claim software or any other mechanical or
electronic means that allows a claimant to automatically claim repeatedly is
prohibited and will render all claims submitted by that claimant invalid.
17. If this offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted
as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the
Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised
intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the
fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or
purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided
under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties
under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and
Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that
cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the
Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all
liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
(including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential,
arising in any way out of the promotion.
19. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and
agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for
any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether
direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any
technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the
Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(c) any claim or gift claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the
reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in gift value to that stated in
these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use
of a gift.The Promoter collects claimant’s personal information so that the claimant
can participate in the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the
claimant may not participate in the promotion. The Promoter may use this
information to conduct the promotion and may disclose it to organisations that
provide it with administrative services in this regard, including but not limited to
agents, contractors, service providers and offer suppliers. Claimants consent to
the Promoter so using and disclosing their personal information by submitting a
claim. If the claimant ticks the opt-in box on the promotional website, they also
agree that the Promoter may send them future material for its future promotional,

marketing and publicity purposes, for an indefinite period unless otherwise
advised. Claimants who opt-in also agree that the Promoter may disclose their
details to third parties such as but not limited to prize suppliers who may send
them future material for its future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes,
for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised. The Promoter is bound by the
National Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988. All personal information
will be stored at the office of the Promoter. Claimants are entitled to opt out,
access, update or correct this information. Any request to do so should be
directed to the Promoter at its address set out below.
