Win in-store Pockets Full of Cash - Terms & Conditions of Entry

The Everyday Rewards and Tasmanian Frequent Shopper Club Card Win in store Pockets Full of Cash (the
"Promotion") is a promotion conducted under the Other benefits component of the Everyday Rewards and
Tasmanian Frequent Shopper Club Card Program.
1. Information on how to enter the Promotion and a description of the prizes that may be won in the Promotion
form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these
Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and
the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder from the Promotion if any entries do not
comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry to the Promotion is open to all Australian residents ages 18 years and over who shop at Beer Wine &
Spirits (BWS) in Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, New South Wales, Australian
Capital Territory and Tasmania and who are a Registered Everyday Rewards or Frequent Shopper Club
Cardholder (Tasmania only). Employees of Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd and Woolworths Ltd working in the BWS
– Beer, Wine, Spirits trading division are not eligible to enter the competition.

These Terms & Conditions of Entry will be displayed in store at Beer Wine & Spirits (BWS) at the
commencement of the Promotion.
3. Definitions:
Card means a Registered Everyday Rewards Card issued by the Promoter as part of
the Everyday Rewards Program OR Frequent Shopper Club card as part of the
Frequent Shopper Club program (Tasmania only).
Cardholder means a person who holds an Everyday Rewards Card or Frequent Shopper
Club Card, and who is registered according to the Everyday Rewards Program or
Frequent Shopper Club database.
Everyday Rewards is the Woolworths Limited loyalty program which supports the mechanic of entry.
Everyday Rewards is not available in Tasmania. For full terms and conditions
visit www.everydayrewards.com.au
Frequent Shopper Club is the Woolworths Limited loyalty program in Tasmania only which supports the
mechanic of entry. For full terms and conditions of the Frequent Shopper Club
Card, see the reverse of the Frequent Shopper Club Card application form
available at the Service Desk of all Participating Outlets in Tasmania.
Eligible Purchase means a purchase of 1 or more products from the Participating Product range.
Participating Products means any item from the Participating Product range. Click here or see in-store
for a full list of Participating Products.
Participating Outlet means a Beer Wine & Spirits (BWS) promoting the Everyday Rewards program,
located within Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria,
Australian Capital Territory or New South Wales. In Tasmania only, means a
Beer Wine & Spirits (BWS) promoting the Frequent Shopper Club program.
Promoter The Promoter and permit holder is Woolworths Limited (ABN 88 000 014 675), 1
Woolworths Way, Bella Vista, 2153, NSW.
Promotion means the Everyday Rewards and Frequent Shopper Club Card “Win in store
Pockets Full of Cash Promotion” governed by these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
Promotional Period means from 08:00 AEST 18 May 2011 to 23:59 AEST on 14 June 2011.
Registered means that all mandatory Cardholder information has been correctly completed
in the legal name of the Cardholder, according to the Everyday Rewards OR
Frequent Shopper Club database. Register for Everyday Rewards at
everydayrewards.com.au (the “Website”), by telephoning the Customer Service
Centre on 1300 10 1234 (the “Call Centre”), or by completing and returning the
Everyday Rewards Registration Form to the address specified on the
Registration Form. In the instance where an unregistered Everyday Rewards
Card is used at the point of purchase, the card may be deemed as “Registered” if
the card holder successfully registers all the mandatory Cardholder information
before 11.59pm on the date of purchase. Frequent Shopper Club cardholders
can register in store.
4. Entries for the prize draw close on Tuesday, 14 June 2011, at 23:59 AEST.
5. To enter the Promotion, purchase of ANY 1 or more Participating Product (click here or see in-store for a full
list of Participating Products) during the Promotional Period (not all varieties are available at all stores), in a
single purchase from a Participating Outlet (“Eligible Purchase”) and present your Registered Everyday
Rewards Card (in Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory and
New South Wales) or Frequent Shopper Club Card (in Tasmania) at the point of purchase for entry during the
Promotional Period. One entry will be recorded for each Eligible Purchase transaction; a maximum of one entry
per Card will be recorded for any transactions within a single calendar day.
6. Breaking a single transaction into multiple amounts for use with one or more Cards is not permitted, and will
void all Promotion entries attributable to such Cardholders.
7. Prize winners will be determined by automated random computer draw of valid entries from each participating
outlet. Prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on Wednesday 22nd June 2011. The prize draw will take
place at Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd, Level 1,116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060.
8. The first ten (10) valid entries randomly drawn will win $5000 in the form of a bank cheque made out in the
name of the winner drawn. The Promoter will contact the winner’s by phone within 2 days of the draw and in
writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner must provide proof of being 18 years of age or over. In the event
that a prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, that winning entry is invalid and the prize will be forfeited. If
any winning entry is deemed invalid for any reason, that entry will be discarded and the prize will be awarded
by randomly drawing another entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
9. The total prize pool value is $50,000.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. Prize winners will be paid in the form of a bank cheque made out in the name of the winner drawn. For
winners located in NSW only, (if the person drawn is a NSW resident) that request to be paid by means of an
electronic funds transfer, will be paid by electronic funds transfer to their nominated bank account. Winners will
be notified in by phone and in writing and their details will be published in The Australian and on the BWS
website www.bws.com.au on Wednesday 29th June 2011.
11. If a winner is unable to be contacted within 3 months from the date of determination of that winner, their entry
will be deemed invalid and the Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original
draws as are necessary. The unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00am AEST on 22nd September 2011
at Salmat Interactive Pty Ltd, Level 1, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney, NSW 2060. The Promoter will contact
the winner by phone within 2 days of the draw and in writing within 7 days of the draw and the winner’s details
will be published in The Australian and on the BWS website www.bws.com.au on 28th September 2011.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from winning of the prizes.
Independent financial advice should be sought.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify all entries from any Cardholder who is in breach of the Terms &
Conditions of Entry or the Terms and Conditions of the Everyday Rewards Program or who manipulates, seeks
to manipulate or benefits from manipulating, the entry process or the Promotion. In the case of the intervention
of any outside agent or event which changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but
not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures,
vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes; the Promoter reserves the right
in its sole discretion to cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject
to State Regulation.
14. The Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion, will not be liable for any loss
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage or personal injury which is suffered or
sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person's negligence) relating to the Promotion or
the awarding or taking of the prizes except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case
liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law).
15. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday
Rewards or Frequent Shopper Club Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in
advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion.
For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s surname,
initial and Participating BWS location. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its
related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their
Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder
information about BWS products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the
information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising
agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. The Promoter is bound by the
National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). A copy of the Promoter's privacy policy
can be viewed at the BWS website. To request access to, or to update, personal information the Promoter
holds about them, entrants can contact the Promoter in writing at Everyday Rewards, PO Box 8000, Baulkham
Hills NSW 2153.
16. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final
and no correspondence will be entered into.
