Conditions of Entry

1.Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2.The promoter (Promoter) is Kraft Foods Limited (ABN 78 004 551 473) of Level 6, South Wharf Tower, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf VIC 3006.
3.Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years who fulfil the entry requirements. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible. "Immediate families" means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.
4.The Promotion begins at 3pm 20/05/2011 and closes 5pm (AEST) 10/06/2011 (Promotion Period).
5.To enter, during the Promotion Period, entrants must visit the Promotion page, Like the page (if not already a fan), complete the requested details including full name, valid email address, age, full postal address, then follow the prompts to tell us in 25 words or less "Where do you hide your chocolate stash?".
6.Each entrant may only enter once. Entrants must enter in their own name.
7.Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed or illegible entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, theft, destruction or otherwise.
8.Entries containing obscene, offensive, defamatory, illegal, infringing, inappropriate and/or unsuitable content, as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion, will be deemed invalid and are not eligible to win a prize.
9.Entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on creative merit. The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10.All entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Each "25 words or less" answer must be the entrant's original work. By entering this Promotion entrants:
i.consent to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their entry (including the "25 words or less" response) and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relation to the entry, to publicise this Promotion or for any other purposes; and
ii.undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights.
11.Judging will be conducted on 11/06/2011 at Level 6, South Wharf Tower, 30 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf VIC 3006.
12.A prize will be awarded to each of the 50 best valid entries received, as determined by the judges at their sole discretion. (Each entry can only be awarded one prize.)
13.Each prize pack comprises 3 x blocks of Cadbury Dairy Milk Mousse containing a chocolate, caramel and hazelnut flavour. Prizes are valued at up to AU$12.60 each (inc GST). Total prize pool: up to AU$630.00 (inc GST).
14.Winners will be notified by email and prizes will be posted to the nominated postal address.
15.The Promoter may require winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, or any proof of other eligibility and entry criteria. Identification/other verification material considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion.
16.The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
17.Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The value of the prize is accurate as at the commencement of this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
18.The Promoter reserves the right not to award prizes if it considers the standard of entries does not meet the required standard.
19.The Promoter's decision not to enforce a specific condition does not constitute a waiver of that condition or of the Conditions of Entry in general.
20.If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of State/Territory gaming regulators (if required).
21.All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion and for the other purposes of collection as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. The Promoter will disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants.
