Terms and Conditions
COOL AS… NEW Cucumber and Aloe Huggies Baby Wipes Promotion
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the COOL AS… NEW Cucumber and Aloe Huggies Baby Wipes Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion commences at 10:00:00 AEST on 20th May 2011 and entries close at 23:59:59 AEST on 19th August 2011 (Promotion Period).

3. To enter, entrants must:
a. Visit www.huggies.com.au;
b. Click on the promotion’ link;
c. If you are not a member of the Huggies Baby Club or the Mum to Be Club, join on-line by following the prompts;
d. Complete the on-line entry mechanic (with all information entered correctly);
e. Simply fill in the entry form and share in 25 words or less What makes your baby as COOL AS…? (‘*Promotion Question*’); and
f. submit your answer by clicking on the “submit entry” button.

4. Consumers are eligible to enter once per day for the duration of the promotion.

5. The value of the prize is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

7. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by Promotion judge(s) appointed by the Promoter, as follows:
• Entries received 20 May – 19 June 2011 will be judged by 22 June 2011
• Entries received 20 June – 19 July 2011 will be judged by 20 July 2011
• Entries received 20 July – 19 August 2011 will be judged by 24 August 2011

8. There will be 3 winners of a prize for each month. There are a total of 9 winners in the entire promotion.

9. Each Winner will receive a Cool As Baby Wipes Prize Pack valued at $97.83. The total prize pool is valued at $880.47. The Cool As Baby Wipes Prize Pack includes:
• 2 x Huggies Cucumber & Aloe Baby Wipes 80s (RRP $5.99 each)
• 5 x Huggies Cucumber & Aloe Baby Wipes 160s (RRP $10.99 each)

10. All entries will be judged having regard to the overall quality of the response to the Promotion Question, including literary composition, creative merit and originality. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. By entering the promotion, you authorise the reproduction of your answer to the Promotion Question (without attribution of you as author of the answer) on the Huggies Website (huggies.com.au) and the editing, amendment or modification of the answer prior to publication without consultation.

11. The winners will be advised via email (within 5 days of the respective judging dates in clause 7 above) and winner’s names will be published on the Huggies website.

12. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.

13. The promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process.

14. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.

15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prizes and these conditions of entry.

16. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.

17. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of receiving, taking or using any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

18. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter.

19. By entering the Promotion the entrant consents to the Promoter’s privacy policy available at http://huggies.com.au/privacy.asp. The promoter is required to collect personal information about the entrant under the gaming laws in Australia. The Promoter collects the entrant’s personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winner(s). The Promoter may disclose the entrant’s personal information to third parties including those involved in the administration of the Promotion, notifying and announcing the winners, the supply of prizes, the relevant gaming authorities. If the entrant does not provide the required personal information to the promoter, the entrant cannot enter the promotion. The entrant may access and correct the personal information about the entrant held by the promoter by writing to the Promoter at the address below. By entering this Promotion the entrant consents to the collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information as set out in this paragraph 19.
