Ultimat Vodka is launching into Australia and to celebrate, the premium brand has joined forces with GQ and Vogue to host The Ultimat Club on June 1st at Luxe Studios in Sydney.

This is the first time GQ and Vogue have partnered on an event, and as expected the evening is set to showcase the finest in fashion, lifestyle and high-end luxury.

For one night only The Ultimat Club will bring you international fashion from Bally, with models displaying the latest collection from the European designer, and top model Tyson Ballou, International face of Biotherm Homme, will be attending.

Spinning the decks is renowned DJ Alex Quiddington, as well as Sydney favourite DJ Shipwreck, and gourmet canapés will be served from hugely popular eatery MissChu. Of course the main highlight of the evening will be the Ultimat cocktails, with a variety of delicious signature drinks on offer throughout the night.

1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 12.30pm AEST May 23, 2011 and closes 10.00am AEST May 30, 2011.

4. To enter, log on to www.ninetofive.com.au and follow the prompts.

5. Prize is an invite, plus guest to the Vogue and GQ Ultimat Night Out party. Winner must be available to adhere to the following details: be available on Wednesday 1st June 2011 at 6.30pm – 11pm and be able to travel to Luxe Studios, Address: 279 – 283 Liverpool Street, East Sydney, NSW, 2010. One (1) prize to be won in total.

6. The competition will will close May 30, 2011 at 10.00am AEST and be drawn at 11.00am AEST on May 30 2011.

7. This is a promotion based on skill, with one winner picked based on their answer to the following question: tell us in 25 words or less what your ‘Ultimat’ night out would entail? Answers will be judged on their creativity. 

8. Winners will be notified by email and phone or via the website, www.ninetofive.com.au. The judge’s decision is final.

10. All competitions are conducted at 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria, NSW, 2015.

11. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

12. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.

13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. Purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they are lost, misdirected or stolen, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, sent with insufficient postage (where entry is by post), or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. Any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. The unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

15. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
