Terms  & Conditions
 
By entering this competition, entrants are deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.
 
1. Eligible Entrants;
Entry to the competition is open to Australian residents only. If the entrant is under 18 years old, you must have your parents’ permission to enter. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating outlets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
 
2. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
 
3. How to enter;
To enter, eligible entrants must during the promotional period:
 1.visit the website: http://aperfectpantry.com.au and visit the blog titled ‘Tea party time, plus your chance to WIN!’
 2.follow the prompts and provide the information requested
 3.answer in 25 words or less; which tea is your favourite and why
 4.submit your answer on the ‘Tea party time, plus your chance to WIN!’ blog page in the comments section, so it is received by Kambrook before the promotional period closes.
 
4. Promotional period;
Promotion commences on 23rd April 2011 at 9.00am (Melbourne, Australia, time) and closes on 5th June 2011 at 12 midday (Melbourne, Australia, time). Any entry received after the promotional period has closed will be deemed invalid.
 
5. Prize;
The prize is; One of four ‘The AWW Cooking School for Kids’ cookbooks, published by ACP Books, valued at RRP $39.95. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and can not be taken for cash.
 
6. Selection of prize winner;
 1.This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
 2.The winning entry will be chosen by a panel consisting of staff Kambrook.
 3.All complete entries will be considered and judged on their creative merit.
 4.The winner will be selected by 12th June 2011.
 5.The decision of the panel will be final; no correspondence will be entered into once the winners have been notified.
 6.Only four (4) prizes will be awarded.
 
8. Rights;
Entrants must own all rights in the answer submitted to the competition. The person making the entry warrants that the submission is their own work and not subject to copyright of another party. Entries must be free of claims that they infringe third party rights. Kambrook reserves the right to use all submissions for the promotion for the purposes of marketing. And as such by submitting the entry, entrants grant to Kambrook a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to publish the answer on the websites www.Kambrook.com.au and http://aperfectpantry.com.au/
 
9. Notification of prize winner;
The prize winner will be notified by email. Prize winners’ first names will be published on the website http://aperfectpantry.com.au/ If no response is received five (5) days after the email notification of selection or is in Kambrook’s sole opinion ineligible to be the winner, the prize winner will forfeit the prize and an alternative winner will be selected.
 
10. Unsuitable entries;
Kambrook reserves the right to disqualify from the competition any entry which in the sole opinion of Kambrook includes content which is not suitable for publication on the website http://aperfectpantry.com.au/ In doing this, Kambrook also reserves the right to decide whether or not to publish submissions on the promotion web site. In the instance that Kambrook withholds publication of an entry on the website; no correspondence will be entered into with the affected entrant.
 
11.  Liability;
Kambrook assumes no responsibility for any technical error, omission, interruption, deletion, delay in the operation of the website http://aperfectpantry.com.au/ and/or the Tea party time, plus your chance to WIN! competition. If for any reason the competition cannot run as planned, due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Kambrook, Kambrook may modify, suspend or terminate the competition.
 
12.  Privacy;
Kambrook may collect and use personal information submitted with each entry for the purpose of running the competition, contacting winners, and sending prizes. Prize winners’ first names will be published on the website http://aperfectpantry.com.au/ Personal information may be provided to third party organisations who assist in maintaining the website www.kambrook.com.au and http://aperfectpantry.com.au/ and/or running the competition, or if required by law.  If entrants do not provide the information requested they will be ineligible to participate in the competition.
 
13.  Applicable law;
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, Australia and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts in relation to any disputes arising under these terms and conditions.
