C91.3FM’S RENEW YOUR VOW’S PROMOTION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply for C91.3FM ‘Renew Your Vows’ promotion. This is a game of skill.
1. Duration
Registrations will run from 5.30am Monday 23rd May 2011 through until 4pm Friday 3rd June 2011. The
winner will be announced on Monday 6th June 2011 between 6am – 9am on air in C91.3FM’s Stuart
Cranney’s Macarthur Breakfast Show.
C91.3 FM reserve the right to post pone or forfeit the competition at any time during this period, at their
discretion, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Method of Entry
Listeners will be encouraged to register their entry via the C91.3 FM station website www.C913.com.au
during the registration period as outlined in Clause 1.
Entrants will be asked to describe in 91 words or less why they deserve to renew their vows & what it
would mean to them to have that opportunity. Other details required for the registration to be valid
including their name & partners name, suburb, phone number & length of marriage.
3. Judging/Competition Rules
A representative from C91.3 FM will read through all entries as they are received. Entries will be judged &
one winner will be selected based on creativity, humour and relevance as detailed in their registration.
Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Eligibility
Employees and their immediate families of WIN Radio Pty Ltd, WIN Corporation Pty Limited & Novotel
Sydney Brighton Beach are ineligible to enter.
5. Prizes
All prize values are recommended retail value provided by the supplier, are in Australian Dollars and are
correct at time of printing.
The major prize is The Pearl Wedding Package for up to 80 people and includes:
 Half hour of pre-dinner beverage service inclusive of selected sparkling, white and red wines, beer
and soft drinks
 Chef’s selection of cold and hot canapés
 A choice of either a three course plated menu (alternate serve) or buffet style complimented by tea,
coffee and chocolates
 Four-hour beverage package including white and red wines, beers, soft drinks and juices
 Elegantly set bridal table with matching cake table
 Floral arrangement for the bridal table
 A glass of Australian sparkling wine for the bridal toast
 Printed book style menus for each table
 DJ for duration of five hours and dance floor
 Lectern and microphone for speeches
 Complimentary deluxe accommodation for the bride and groom including full Australian buffet
breakfast served in Baygarden Restaurant
Total Value of All Prizes: $10,000.00
6. Prize Conditions Apply:
 Wedding Reception to be booked and held prior to 30th June 2012
 Wedding Reception not redeemable for cash
 Wedding Reception is not transferable
 Wedding Reception cannot be divided & must be taken as compete package on the one date
 Wedding Reception Prize does not apply with any other special offers
 Prize winners must be 18 year or older
7. Notification
All prize winner’s will be notified by phone & announcement ‘on air’ as specified in clause 1. Winner’s
details may be published.
8. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including but not limited to
technical failures, unauthorized intervention, computer virus, mobile phone failures, tampering, fraud or
any other causes beyond the control of WIN Radio Pty Ltd which corrupts or affects the administration,
security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, C91.3 FM reserves the right in its sole
discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel terminate modify
or suspend the competition.
9. The Promoter (C91.3FM) is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software,
technical problems of the phone or of any phone network, or any combination thereof, including any injury
or damage to participants or any other person's phone related to or resulting from participation or sending
or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this competition.
10. The Promoter (C91.3FM) collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the
information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the
promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter (C91.3FM) may use this
information to request permission from the entrant to use the information for future promotional,
marketing and publicity purposes. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory
lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A
request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the C91.3FM at 6 Watsford Rd
