Terms and conditions Entries must be received by midday, Wednesday 31 August, 2011. Entrants must be over 18 years of age. The competition is based on a game of skill. To enter, visit visitnsw.com and correctly answer the question. The Festival passes are non-refundable and the tickets cannot be exchanged. Activity prizes are subject to availability and prior booking. The prizes must be redeemed on the weekend of visitation. Booking is subject to availability and weather conditions may apply. Prize winner is responsible for insurance, health, luggage, meals and any other incidental expenses. The prize is not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be on-sold. Employees of Tourism New South Wales, associated sponsors and their immediate families and agencies are not permitted to enter. The promoter is Destination NSW (A division of NSW Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services). Only one entry per person. A random draw will take place on Wednesday 31 August, 2011 and the winner will be notified by email/telephone. If the winner cannot be contacted within three days of the draw date, the prize is forfeited and another winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is valued at $3280 (not including airfares which will be advised upon drawing of competition). |
