    The Promoter is Wotif.com Pty Ltd ABN 81 092 257 504, 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064 (Promoter). The permit numbers for this promotion are ACT permit no. TP 11/02164.1 issued on 31/05/2011 and NSW permit no. LTPS/11/04948 issued on 01/06/2011.
    Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
    The promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand.
    The promotion commences at 9am AEST on 3 June 2011 and closes at 5pm AEST on 20 June 2011.
    There is no limit to the amount of entries per entrant.
    To enter the prize draw, participants must visit the promotion website at www.wotif.com, enter their details: name, email address, telephone number, region and sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter and Auckland Tourism newsletter.
    Participants will also be given the opportunity to forward the promotion to their own contacts. Each forward to a friend completed via the promotion website will provide the entrant with one extra entry into prize draw.
    All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 3pm AEST on 22 June 2011 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064. The first valid entry drawn will win:
    - Return economy flights for two people to Auckland, New Zealand from their nearest capital city, travelling on an airline selected by Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development Ltd. (AU$2,231),
    - Three consecutive night's accommodation at Breakfast on the Beach, Waiheke Island including gourmet breakfast for 2 and transfers to and from ferry terminal (AU$1,104),
    - A Waiheke Island Gourmet Food and Wine Tour with Ananda Tours. Lunch will be at the prize winners own expense (AU$185),

    The Prize Voucher is valid for five months from the date of issue. All flights, accommodation and attraction/activities are subject to availability at time of booking. Blackout dates include October 8-9, October 15-16, October 22-23 2011. Other blackout dates may apply. Accommodation bookings must be made for stay over Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday and Monday only.
    Bookings and travel must be completed between 1 July and 30 November 2011. Prize will be deemed invalid after this date. The prize is for two people and travel must be completed together at the same time on the same itinerary. Prize winner and travel companion must be 18 years or older.
    Bookings will be made on behalf of the recipient by a representative of the Wotif.com Marketing Team or Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development by 30 August 2011.
    Airport transfer is only valid from Auckland International Airport to Fullers ferry terminal and return.
    Government and Airport Taxes are included. Passports and visas are the responsibility of the winners. Frequent Flyer points are not applicable.
    The Prize Voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
    The maximum total value of the prize pool is valued up to AU$4059.
    The winner will be notified by email or phone within 2 days of the draw. The winner's details will also be published at www.wotif.com for a period of three months.
    The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters.
