1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry. Entry for this competition is via the Medina Apartment Hotels website www.medina.com.au/win-a-medina-housekeeper-competition and involves signing up to the Medina enewsletter and telling in 25 words or less why they would love to win a housekeeper for Spring!

2. Entry is open to all Australian permanent residents, however the major prize winner must live in a metropolitan or selected regional area (except Darwin). Employees and their immediate families of Medina Apartment Hotels Level 5/45 Jones Street, Ultimo NSW 2007 and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. The promotion commences on 7th of June 2011 at 11.00am (AEDT) and concludes 22th of July 2011 at 5.00pm (AEDT).

4. The Promoter warrants that the competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on creativity and manner of expression and the most creative essay will be chosen as the winner. The essay deemed the best by Medina Apartment Hotels will win a prize.

5. Competition judges are nominated at the discretion of the Promoter.

6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.

7. The winners will be notified by email 2 weeks after the competition closes. The winners must then contact the Promoter by email, within 14 days of receiving such notification. If any winners fail to contact the Promoter within this period, he/she will no longer be eligible to receive a prize.

8. PRIZES - One lucky winner will win 5 nights’ accommodation at the Medina Apartment Hotel of their choice in a One Bedroom Apartment as well as a regular house (regular house is defined as a single story three bedroom house) clean once a week (at a maximum cost of $100 per clean) for 13 weeks (Spring). Prize valued at $3800. 20 runners up winners will each win a weekend away at any Medina Apartment Hotel in a One Bedroom Apartment. Prize Pool is valued at $15,000

9. Prize is not refundable, non-endorsable or non-transferable.

10. If the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value.

11. The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Prize values are GST inclusive and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.

12. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. All prize items are valued inclusive of GST and the Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in item values.

14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

17. It is the entrant’s responsibility to inform the Promoter if their residential address, email or phone number changes during the Competition Period.

18. All entries become the property of The Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and The Promoter may use the entrant’s names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact The Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to The Promoter.

19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

Is anyone else having trouble entering this one? I can only see a small bit of the 'captcha' code at the bottom, and thus can't enter!

I still can't enter this one - is anyone experiencing the same problems!

I had that problem with my regular browser but it worked fine when I entered it using Firefox  :)
