WIN THE ULTIMATE MAKEOVER COMPETITION
Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the draws and win prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years. Employees of Roadshow Entertainment, a division of Roadshow Films Pty Ltd, Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, their associated agencies’ employees, and members of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition.
3. This competition commences 09.00 hrs on 16th June 2011 and ends 17.00 hrs on 8th July 2011. All times are AEST or AEDST, whichever is applicable in NSW at the time.
4. To enter consumers must visit www.myfundvd.com.au/tamaradrewe follow the prompts and complete the entry form answering in 25 words or less why they would like to win a makeover. Only entries completed via email will be accepted. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary creative merit. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Multiple entries accepted but each must be subsequently unique otherwise strictly one entry per person permitted.
6. The most literary creative entry, as determined by the judges’, will receive the following: A half day (4 hour) one-on-one makeover styling session with Head Stylist of Smitten With Style valued at up to $1,000. One blow-dry per week for one year at the winner’s nearest TONI&GUY Salon in Australia valued at up to $2,600. Total prize value of $3,600.
7. Prize elements are NOT transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the prize providers. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. The prize does NOT include transportation to and from ANY destination points.
8. Smitten With Style Head Stylist appointment is subject to booking and availability and is restricted to Sydney CBD on Fridays or Saturdays only. Appointment must be booked and taken within 2 months of winning the competition. By participating, the winner agrees to sign a release form allowing video and photos to be taken during the session for promotional purposes. Transport to and from Sydney is not included. If the winner chooses to forfeit this prize element, The Promoter will not exchange or redeem for cash.
9. 1 blow-dry per week for one-year at winner’s nearest TONI&GUY Salon is with a Stylist or Top Stylist and is subject to booking and availability. Valid for one year from first visit.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to using automated means to enter). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. The draw will be conducted at 11.00 hrs on 11th July 2011 at the Promoter’s premises.
12. Winner will be notified within 5 business days of the draw. Winner will be notified by email and published online at www.myfundvd.com.au/tamaradrewe
13. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
15. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
16. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
17. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (e) use of any prize.
18. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
