Terms and Conditions
By entering the “Interlink Telecoms Referral Rewards” competition, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to the general public
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Interlink Telecoms are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition will run quarterly:
1. First Draw: Commencing on Friday 27th May 2011 1730 and concludes on Thursday 30th June 2011 at 1730
2. Second Draw: Commencing on Friday 1st July 2011 and concludes on Friday 30th September 2011 at 1730
3. Third Draw: Commencing on Monday 3rd of October 2011 and concludes on Friday 30th December 2011 at 1730
4. Fourth Draw: Commencing on Monday 2nd January 2012 and concludes on Friday 30th March 2012 at 1730.
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must refer ten new businesses to Interlink Telecoms, they will receive a second entry when one of the referred companies becomes a client of Interlink Telecoms. The entrants must submit the referrals details including, Company Name, Contact Name, Email Address, Address, Mobile Number & Work Number.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one winner per draw per quarter.
4.2 The prize consists of:

4.3 The prize will be delivered to the winner.
4.4 Prizes can be transferred but not redeemed for cash.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one winner chosen from total pool of entries received. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the competition and registered all details required (“Qualifying Entrant”) will be eligible. One winner will be drawn.
5.2 Winners will be notified by a phone call on:
1. First Draw: Friday 1st July 2011
2. Second Draw: Monday 3rd October 2011
3. Third Draw: Monday 9th January 2012
4. Fourth Draw: Monday 2nd April 2012
An email will also be sent. The winner’s name & company will be published on the Interlink Telecoms website.
5.3 Interlink Telecoms decision is final and will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 Interlink Telecoms reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if Interlink Telecoms determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by Interlink Telecoms in its absolute discretion.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Interlink Telecoms ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Interlink Telecoms may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
6.2 Interlink Telecoms will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Interlink Telecoms will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any activity in or connected with their entry into the draw
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
f) in relation to failure of an entry to be received by Interlink Telecoms on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any computer equipment, software, internet connection, any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer software related to or resulting from participation in this promotion;
6.4 Interlink Telecoms assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized
access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Interlink Telecoms which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, Interlink Telecoms reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition
