1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is VIP Petfoods (Aust) P/L (the “promoter”) (ABN: 88 000 014 675) of 79 Lahrs Road, Yatala, Queensland, Australia.

2. Who May Enter
The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes are Australian residents who are not employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate or the immediate family of such employees. “Immediate Family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling whether or not the live in the same household of the employee. Suppliers of VIP Petfood products are also excluded from entering this promotion. Entrants under the age of 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enter.

3. Conditions of entry
Each entry must be entered in accordance with these terms and conditions. By entering this competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. All relevant instructions on the promoter’s website form part of these Terms and Conditions.

The competition opens at 6am on Wednesday 1st June 2011 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 31st August 2011 (“Competition Period”). Any entry received after the expiry of this promotional period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

For “Win Ultimate V8 Experience” or any “State Runners Up” prizes entrants must:
a. Submit their details using the specified online form. Completing all information as required.
b. Entrants are only eligible on purchase of “VIP Megabite 3kg” and must enter the barcode from the product to confirm eligibility. c. Agree to the terms and conditions of the competition

7. Selection/Notification of Winners
At the end of the promotional period winners for “Ultimate V8 experience” and all “State Runners Up” will be drawn at random. Winners will be contacted by phone to discuss further. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash or for resale. If in the event that the prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Privacy
The personal information collected as part of this entry is collected to enable identification of the winner and if agreed to on entry form for future marketing and promotional purposes.

9. Limitation of liability
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees, suppliers or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied again.
