The Emerging Art Billboard Competition will provide an opportunity for Brisbane based emerging artists over the age of 18 years to exhibit their artistic talent on a large scale for 12 months. One winner will be decided by a Selection Panel, and a second winner will be a People's Choice as voted on the Queensland Rail Facebook page.
