Little white Lies Competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1.     Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions. Entry into the competition is free and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.


2.     Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.


3.     Consent of parent or guardian should be obtained where a minor may be a participant in the competition.  


4.     The promotion commences at 12.00am AEST on 23rd June 2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 29 June 2011 (Promotion Period).


5.     To enter the draw, participants must visit http://au.franceguide.com and complete the entry form. By entering the competition entrants are also subscribing to the newsletter and promotion database of the FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD. There is a limit of one entry per person.  A draw will take place the 01 July 2011, at 2pm AEST at FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD, Level 13, 25 Bligh St, Sydney NSW 2000. The winners will be notified by email. Winner's names of the promotion will be published on http://au.franceguide.com on the 05th July 2011 and remain posted there for a calendar month.
To enter the Competition and to be eligible to win the prize Entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a. Access http://au.franceguide.com and register their details including, without limitation, first name, last name, e-mail address, city, state, post code, date of birth and gender. Failure to provide the requested information will render the entry invalid; and
b.Answer the following question: 'Do you intend to go to France in the next 12 months?'
c. Complete the following sentence as a description of your favourite French actor, in up to 25 words including these first 4 words: Best French actor is…Entries will be judged solely on the creativity of response. The Promoter’s decision is final.


6.     The first ten (10) eligible entries drawn from the entries received will win a double-voucher entitling them to two cinema tickets to watch the movie Little white Lies, which will be posted to them to the Australian address provided by the prize winners.

Present this pass at a screening of Little White LIes at any of the following cinemas and receive two complimentary tickets. VALID: From the 1st July until the end of the film’s theatrical season. (Excludes public holidays discount days and after 5:00pm on Saturdays).

This ticket must be taken as offered and is not exchangeable, for sale, transferable or redeemable for cash. This ticket does not guarantee admission and is subject to seat availability. Check local newspapers for session times. Discount days vary between cinemas, please check beforehand to avoid disappointment. This ticket must be exchanged at the box office for a valid ticket. Not valid for online or mobile ticketing. Ticket is for single use and must be surrendered upon redemption. Not valid at Hoyts La Premiere, Directors Suite, Bean Bag Cinema, Xtremescreen and IMAX®. Not valid at Dendy Premium Cinemas.

7.   The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.


8.     All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants' names and emails for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.


10.  The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the Internet or telecommunications services.


11.  If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.


12.  In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.


13.  FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD will retain the prizes until the winner claims them. In the event that the prizes are unclaimed one (1) week after the draw, the FRENCH TOURIST BUREAU PTY LTD will conduct a further draw on the 8th July 2011 for the disposal of unclaimed prizes.


14.  Spending money transport to and from venues and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the prize winners and their guests.
