Melbourne Theatre Weekend TCs 2 / 4 4.3 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner and his/her companion. This includes but is not limited to some meals (unless specified), incidentals, spending money, and activities. The Promoter and Sponsors strongly recommend the winner and his/her companion obtain travel insurance for the entire travel/holiday duration. 4.4 The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, nor redeemable for cash and cannot be on-sold to a third party. There can be no changes made to arrangements once dates have been booked. The winners are not entitled to receive any money from any party if there is a difference between the maximum prize value and the actual prize value at the time of the draw. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted. The Promoter decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
