Be an Everyday Winner Terms & Conditions.
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees and the immediate families of the promoter and agencies associated
with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This includes retailers, retail employees, Orion contractors and their immediate
families within Orion Springfield Town Centre and Dick Smith store.
3. The competition commences on Wednesday 22 June 2011 and closes at 2.00pm Sunday 10 July 2011. The finalist draw of
the major prizes will take place everyday of the promotion at 1.00pm within the centre at Orion Springfield Town Centre. The
minor (10 Shuffles) prizes will take place throughout the day within the centre at Orion Springfield Town Centre. All Winners
will be notified via phone or mail and all prize winners’ names will be published on the Orion Springfield Town Centre website
(www.orionspringfield.com.au). The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. An unclaimed prize
draw will take place on 12/09/2011 at 9.00am in the centre management office. Winners will again be notified directly and
published on the Orion Springfield Town Centre website on 13/09/2011.
4. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian.
5. There are 19 major prizes in the “Be an Everyday Winner” Competition. Prizes include 4 x Apple ipad2 16GB wifi 3G Black
with Apple Care. (RRP $828 each), 4 x Apple ipad2 16GB wifi 3G White with Apple Care. (RRP $828 each), 8 x Apple ipod
Touch 32GB ($329 each), 9 x Apple ipod Nano 8GB ($162) and 190 x Apple ipod Shuffle 2GB ($59 each). The total prize and
giveaway value for the competition is $21,924. All prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable. Distribution of
prizes may take 6 weeks for delivery after the draw date.
6. To enter, spend $60 or more in any speciality store or $150 at Aldi, Big W or Woolworths, complete an entry form and place
it into the competition barrel. Only speciality store receipts may be accumulated to reach the $60 spend. The spend of $150 at
Aldi, Big W or Woolworths must be made in one transaction. One entry form may be completed per above spend. Entry forms
must be either validated by a customer service representative or proof of receipt attached. Only one entry form per person, per
day is permitted.
7. A winner of an iPod shuffle is only able to win 1 shuffle per day if a 2nd entry is drawn of that winner it will re entered into the
draw.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or
consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
9. All prizes are covered by Apple’s manufacturer’s warranty for 1 year from the time the prize is issued. Contact Apple

10. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and the entrants’ names and
address may be used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes by the promoter and its associated parties.
