Terms and Conditions: Tui Tai Fiji Cruise
1.     Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents 18 years of age and over. Employees and their immediate families of Edge Custom Media and of Tui Tai Expeditions Cruises and any agencies associated with the competition are not eligible to enter.

2.     The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

3.     Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these Conditions of entry. To enter, fill in your contact details on the online form at www.cruisepassenger.com.au/topics/competitions and tell us in 25 words or fewer what you think the best slogan to promote Tui Tai Expeditions in Australia would be.

4.     Only one entry permitted per person and each entry must be submitted in accordance with the entry requirements.

5.     No responsibility is accepted for late, incomplete or illegible entries, which will be deemed invalid.

6.     The competition commences on the 10/5/2011. Entries close on 10/8/2011 at 11.59pm.

7.     Judging will take place at 12pm on the 15/8/2011 at 51 Whistler St, Manly, NSW 2095. The Winner will be notified by email and the Winner’s details will be announced on our Facebook page and in our weekly newsletter week commencing 22/8/2011.

8.     A second judging for any one of the prizes, if unclaimed after four weeks, may take place on 22/9/11 at the same time and place as the original judging, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Winner will then be notified by email and the Winner’s details will be announced on our Facebook page and in our weekly newsletter.

9.     This is a competition of merit. The best entries will win. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10.   The total value of prize to be given away is approximately $9,360. The prize includes a 7-night, all-inclusive, Fiji Expedition Cruise in an Expedition Cabin for 2 people.

11.   Return flights to Fiji are not included. The winner will require a valid passport for travel.

12.   Prize is valid for travel January 1, 2012 to May 31, 2012, subject to availability by the operator, Tui Tai Expeditions, and if not used at that time it will be forfeited.
13.   Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between competition date and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters.
14.   The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize.
15.   The Promoter has the right to alter the terms of the competition at its discretion, throughout the duration of the competition.
16.   The Promoter is Cruise Passenger Magazine, which is published by Edge Custom Media ABN 22 062 493 869.
17.   Privacy. Certain personal information is requested on registering your entry, including your name and email address. Some of this information (including sensitive information) is essential for us to be able to accurately identify who is eligible for entry and as such is mandatory. Other types of information are collected to help us profile who is using these services and what their interests are. Information of this type is optional and need only be filled in if you wish to do so. We value your trust in Cruise Passenger. Your information will be held in the strictest confidence. The information we collect from your use of our site enables us to provide a better service that is tailored to your needs and helps us to identify the areas of our site that are popular and those that are not.
Neither Cruise Passenger nor its sponsors will disclose any personal information about you except under the following circumstances:
(i) You would reasonably expect us to use the personal information for that purpose; and
(ii) That other purpose is related to the primary purpose; or
(iii) You consent to such use; or
(iv) When required by Law.
