Queensland residents will once more have the opportunity to win great prizes by taking part in the Looking @2.0 program.

All participants who complete their chosen module(s) plus the pre and post surveys* by 30th October 2011 will be entered in the two major prize draws for:

iPad 2 with a $50 iTunes voucher

There will also be draws for winners of 3 x $100 WOW Sight & Sound vouchers


By completing the pre program survey and at least one module* you will also be eligible for the monthly draws:

Prize terms and conditions
· Entry is open to Queensland residents only. Staff and volunteers of the Library Board of
Queensland, the State Library of Queensland, participating public libraries or their partners and
children will not be eligible to enter.
· Entry into the major prize draw is open to participants who have completed one or more modules
and completed the pre and post course survey by the required date.
· Entry into the monthly prize draw is open to participants who have completed one or more
modules.
· Completion of a module means that some or all activities and the final quiz have been undertaken
and completed.
· The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each
person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
· To be eligible for prizes, participants must ensure correct contact details of name and email
address.
· All efforts are made to contact the prize draw winners via the details provided. However if prizes
remain unclaimed by 30 October, there will be a separate re-draw on 31st October.
· If, for any reason, the learning program is not capable of running as planned, including due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures
or any other causes beyond the control of the State Library of Queensland, which corrupt or affect
the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the State
Library of Queensland reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who
tampers with the entry process. The State Library of Queensland assumes no responsibility for
any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,
communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of,
entries.
Major Prizes drawn at the end of the program
· The major Prizes will be awarded to the first two drawn entries that have completed all of the
eligibility requirements listed under Prize terms and conditions above.
· The minor prizes will be awarded to the next three drawn entries that have completed all of the
eligibility requirements listed under Prize terms and conditions above.
· The end of program prizes will be drawn on or within two working days after 31st October 2011.
· The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize
item is unavailable, The State Library of Queensland reserves the right to substitute a different
prize item of equal or greater value.
· State Library of Queensland will not be liable for any loss or damage arising, or personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prizes.
Monthly Prizes
· The monthly prizes will be awarded to the first drawn entry that has completed the eligibility
requirements listed under Prize terms and conditions above.
· Prizes will be drawn within the third week of each month.
· The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize
item is unavailable, The State Library of Queensland reserves the right to substitute a different
prize item of equal or greater value.
· Prizes vary for each month and are listed on http://www.slq.qld.gov.au/services/learning/looking
· State Library of Queensland will not be liable for any loss or damage arising, or personal injury
suffered or sustained in connection with any of the prizes.
Winners
· The winner will be notified by email within three working days of the prize draw.
· The winner will be published within a week of the winner acknowledging the prize on
http://www.slq.qld.gov.au/services/learning/looking
· State Library of Queensland reserves the right to publish names and city/town/suburb of the
winners for promotional purposes.
