This promotion is being conducted by the NSW Department of Trade and Investment, Regional Infrastructure and Services ABN 72 189 919 072-003 (Tourism New South Wales) of Tourism House, Level 2, 55 Harrington St, Sydney NSW 2000 (‘the promoter’).

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.

1. THE PRIZE

There will be five winners of the ‘WIN a NSW Adventure’ competition. Each winner will be allowed to share their prize with one friend. Each prize is for a short break (3 days and 2 nights) in Regional New South Wales (NSW) including return flights from the closest metro airport and 2 nights twin-share accommodation in a Regional NSW destination including airport transfers.

Each prize will not exceed a value of AUD$1,000.

Prizes must be redeemed prior to 31 December, 2011. Prize sponsors reserve the right to exclude redemption periods at their discretion. The prize is subject to availability.

In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the promoter’s control, the promoter may substitute a prize of equal value.

2. HOW TO ENTER

The promotion opens from 9am (Eastern Standard Time) 20 May, 2011 and closes at 11.59pm (Eastern Standard Time) on 30 June, 2011.

To enter, you must visit the ‘WIN a NSW Adventure’ application during the entry period, hosted within the Visit NSW Facebook ‘fan page’ www.facebook.com/visitnsw on the URL www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=184662614914169&sk=app_184662614914169

Each eligible person can enter the promotion multiple times.

There are three parts to the entry process:

a) Become a fan of www.facebook.com/visitnsw

b) Select one of 5 ‘Captured by the Country’ films to watch

c) Having watched your chosen film, complete the entry process

To complete the entry you must fill in the entry page with the following information:

1) Your full name

2) Your email address – so we can notify you if you win

3) Your phone number – so we can notify you if you win

4) In 25 words or less tell us your dream New South Wales adventure

4) You must agree to these terms and conditions

5) You must share your chosen video with at least one other friend to complete entry

3. ELIGIBILITY

Entry is free and open to residents of Australia aged between 18 and 30 years old. Other residents of Australia who do not qualify to enter may use the application but are not eligible to win any prizes for this promotion.

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families and the employees of the promoter’s related entities, retailers and suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter this promotion.

The promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the promoter, whose decision is final. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

Any costs associated with accessing the website is the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. All costs will be incurred by the prize winners must be borne by the prize winners, unless these costs are specified by the prize descriptions provided.

4. HOW ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED

This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

Each entry will be judged on the answer to the question ‘In 25 words or less tell us your dream New South Wales adventure’.

All winners will be notified by email or by telephone. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The winner will be selected by 15 July 2011 by the promoter’s staff at its office. The judges’ decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.

The results of the promotion will be published by 31 July 2011 on the ‘WIN a NSW Adventure’ tab on the Visit NSW page on Facebook. After the promoter notifies the winners of the prize, all future correspondence will then be between the prize winner and the prize giver.

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Promotion terms and conditions.

5. PUBLICITY RELEASE, USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

The promoter will collect information (including personal information) from all entries and use it for the purposes of the promotion and for its purposes. Entrants consent to the promoter disclosing information, including personal information, to third parties for the purposes of the promotion.

By submitting an entry, entrants agree to their entry being made available for public viewing. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the promoters may at any time in its absolute discretion remove, modify or not display entries submitted for this competition.
