Directed by and starring Jodie Foster, The Beaver invites the industrious mammal to try its hand at acting. For bigshot executive Walter Black (Mel Gibson), salvation comes in the form of a furry, slightly weathered-looking beaver hand puppet. In a desperate attempt to pull himself out from the depths of depression, Walter decides to enlist his new-found beaver persona as a tool for re-building relationships. Armed with his puppet’s assertive personality and a new sense of hope, Walter embarks on a life-changing journey. The competition is still posted on the site.  There wasn't an actual closing date that I could see, just a screening date for 20th July.  Maybe they're just sending emails out to applicants until they hit the 111 passes?!  It might still be worth an entry...Unfortunately, I'm in Vic! :D
