Travel Like A Rockstar

Register¹ by July 31, 2011, to win an all-expense-paid trip for two to the Live Nation® concert of your choice anywhere in the world! Prize includes airfare, two nights' accommodations, premium tickets to the select concert of your choice, and more.

You'll earn one entry to win just by entering and an additional entry for each night you stay with us during the sweeps period.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes is open to all Starwood Preferred Guest® (SPG®) members, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc., its affiliates, its agencies or any other company or persons directly connected with the administration of the sweepstakes. Offer is applicable to individual members only and is not available to groups. All members must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. If you are not an SPG member, you can enroll for free by calling 1-888-625-4988 in the U.S. and Canada or enroll online at SPG.com/enroll.

2. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.

3. The promotional period runs from June 1, 2011, at 00:00:00 Central European Summer Time ("CEST") and ends July 31, 2011, at 23:59:59 p.m. CEST.

4. No booking or purchase is necessary. To enter, member must register online at SPG.com/travellikearockstar. Only one (1) registration is allotted for each member during the promotional period. Additional sweepstakes entries may be received if registered member stays at any hotel or resort that participates in the SPG program at an eligible rate within the promotion period, including any eligible stays prior to registration. An eligible stay is defined as one (1) or more consecutive nights paying a qualifying rate for at least one (1) of the nights in the same participating hotel and posts to the member's Starwood Preferred Guest account. One (1) entry will be eligible for each eligible night posted to the member's account. To view a list of non-participating properties, visit SPG.com and view the program terms and conditions.

5. The winner will be drawn by an independent promotional verification service within one (1) week of promotion period expiration on July 31, 2011. All valid entries received by this closing date will be eligible.

6. Winner will be informed via email and/or telephone — please be sure to provide a working email address or telephone number so that we can contact you. If a winner does not respond to such notification within 14 days, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. The Prize: Two (2) premium tickets to a Live Nation promoted music event of the winner's choice. Winner may choose from any Live Nation single-day promoted event that takes place in the 2011 calendar year, subject to availability. The prize also includes round-trip, coach-class airfare to the city where the event is taking place, from the major airport closest to the winner's residence (should airfare not be required, substitute compensation will not be provided); two (2) nights' accommodation, double occupancy (cost of the hotel room and room tax/service charge only) including breakfast, at the Starwood hotel or resort that is closest to the event venue.

8. All expenses and incidental costs not expressly stated in the package descriptions listed in item 7 above, including but not limited to additional lodging, transportation, parking, food and beverage, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at the hotel or otherwise, security fees, travel insurance (mandatory), souvenirs and incidentals, taxes, or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner and his or her guests and are not covered by SPG.

9. The winner and his or her guests are solely responsible for ensuring that they hold valid passports and any other documents necessary for travel.

10.   Lost, mutilated or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

11. In the event that the prize event is cancelled, SPG will use its best efforts to arrange replacement tickets from Live Nation but will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner and/or his or her guest.

12.   The prize above is nontransferable and non-negotiable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The winner understands that the event tickets may not be resold.

13.   Although all entrants are required to be 18 years or older, guests under 18 may be permitted provided a parent and/or guardian is also attending, and subject to the entrance restrictions at the event.

14.   All entries must be made directly by the person entering the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes. Entries made online by such methods as macros, a script, or the use of automated devices or processes are not allowed, and all such entries will be disqualified.

15.   SPG reserves the right in its reasonable discretion to disqualify any entrant whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the terms and conditions or the intention of the sweepstakes, and to declare as void any or all entries based on such conduct.

16.   By participating in the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby authorizes SPG the right to collect, use, process, transfer and store all data provided by him or her, including, without limitation, personal data, to any location(s) SPG deems necessary, whether within your country of residence or elsewhere, and with such party(ies) as SPG deems appropriate, for purposes to administer the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes. All information submitted to SPG as part of this sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with SPG's privacy policy, available at SPG.com/privacy. Personal information will be used to: (a) contact potential winners; and (b) send additional information to that entrant if he or she selects to receive additional information from SPG on the entry form. Entrants have the right to access, withdraw and correct their personal data. Directions on procedure for administrative access to personal data are provided in the privacy policy. Any and all data collected will not be used to update the SPG member's profile.

17.    By participating in the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SPG, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes, or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to punitive, incidental, consequential, direct or indirect damages.

18.   By entering the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions form part of the rules.

19.   SPG's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Starwood and SPG reserve the right to amend or withdraw any part of this sweepstakes at any time. All promotions are subject to the Starwood Preferred Guest program terms and conditions, which are subject to change without notice and can be found at SPG.com.

20. Except where prohibited, participation in the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to SPG's use of winner's name, voice, likeness and country of residence for the purpose of advertising, trade or promotion, in any media throughout the world, without further payment or consideration.

21.   This sweepstakes and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law.

22.   By entering in the SPG Travel Like a Rockstar Sweepstakes, Starwood and Starwood Preferred Guest, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents (the "Released Parties"), are hereby indemnified of any countries, persons or entities from taking legal action against such parties.
