1. The Promotion commences 20 June 2011 at 00:01 AEST and concludes on 10 July 2011 at 23:59 AEST ("Promotion Period"). Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 or over ("Eligible Entrants").
3. The Promoter is Sensis Pty Ltd (ABN 30 007 423 912) of 222 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne Victoria, 3000. Phone (03) 8653 5000.
4. Eligible Entrants must in 25 words or less answer the following question: If you were creating a new kind of TRANSFORMERS, what would they be called, and what would they transform into?
5. Eligible Entrants must include their tale in the space provided within the Competition Page on www.citysearch.com.au.
6. Entries will be judged on creativity. The five entries judged to best reflect the aforementioned criteria will each win one of the following TRANSFORMERS DARK OF THE MOON Prize Packs:
iPhone projector
PS3 headphones
TRANSFORMERS DARK OF THE MOON soundtrack (Warner Music)
Each prize back valued at $533 (rrp). Total prize pool $2,665 (rrp)
7. Eligible Entrants may only enter the competition once.
8. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries and entries which contain inappropriate or offensive material are ineligible to win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries, entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the on-line entry mechanism.
9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variation in prize values. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with any prize, the Promoter may supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
10. Tax implications may arise from prizes and winners should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
11. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any requirements of law. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, including if an automated entry mechanism is used.
12. Winner will be notified by email by Wednesday 13 July 2011.
13. If a prize remains unclaimed after Wednesday 27 July 2011 the Promoter may review such further entries as deemed necessary to distribute any unclaimed prizes.
14. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage which is suffered or for any personal injury suffered or sustained arising directly or indirectly from this Promotion or in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
15. The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this promotion take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit, or for any delay in delivery of prizes. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
