2 CARAT CLUB - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.Offer is open to all Zamel􏰀s customers. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Jewellery Group are ineligible to enter to a piece from our 2 Carat Club.
2.To be eligible to win a piece from the 􏰁2 Carat Club􏰀, individuals must log onto the Zamel􏰀s website: www.zamels.com.au and agree to become a Zamel􏰀s VIP customer. Becoming a Zamel􏰀s VIP means you agree to receiving email correspondence from Zamel􏰀s.
3.Then the customer must tell us in 25 words or less 􏰁WHAT MAKES A ZAMEL􏰀S DIAMOND A CUT ABOVE THE REST􏰀.The customers name, address, phone and email must then be completed to automatically go into the draw.
4.Available items within the 2 Carat Club and available in this promotion are: - 1177153, 1210848, 1212232, 1174523, 1190677, 1212125, 1174473, 1212190, 1212240, 1212141, 1212133
5.Highest RRP value of a piece from the 2 Carat Club is $15,499.
6.Winner can choose one piece from Zamel􏰀s 􏰁2 Carat Club􏰀 as pictured in the July Collections Catalogue. Stock on hand only is available. No special orders.
7.Only one entry is permitted per person.
8.This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in the determination of winners. Each entry will be individually judged according to its merits on the basis of originality and creativity as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion.
9.One piece only from the plu list above is available to the winner.
10. Promotion commences 01/07/2011. Entries close 5pm local time on 31/07/2011.
11. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable in any way and can not be returned or taken as cash.
12. Entry is only valid if all details on the Zamel􏰀s website Entry Form are completed.
13. No responsibility will be accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries.
14. Winner will be announced at The Jewellery Group. Level 14, 182 Victoria Square, Adelaide at 10.00am on 29th August, 2011.
15. The winners will be notified both by phone and in writing within 21 days of the announcements.
16.The winner􏰀s details will be posted on www.zamels.com.au for a period of 4 weeks after 29th August, 2010.
17. The winner has 3 months to claim their prize of being notified by phone. In the event the prize is not claimed, a re draw will take place on Monday 28th November 2011.
