1.Information on how to redeem offer forms part of these conditions of entry.
2.Entry is only open to residents of Australia who subscribe to APC Magazine between the 15th of June, 2011 and the 19th of July 2011. To be eligible you must subscribe and answer the following question in 25 words or less: Who will you call from your new HEAWEI Smarty Phone? Log on to www.magshop.com.au/APC to purchase your subscription or by telephone on 136 116. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any online entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason or any postal entries not received due to postal issues, strikes, congestion or for any other reason. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to redeem gift offer. Gift valid only for subscriber (person nominated to receive the magazine).
3.Promotion commences 15th of June, 2011and closes 23:59 AEDST on 19th of July 2011. Judging will take place on July 25th 2011, at Level 11, 54 Park St, Sydney 2000.
4.12 winners will each receive a HUAWEI IIDEOS XS Smartphone valued at $349 each. This prize is open to Australian residents only. Total prize pool is $4188
5.Products included in prize package (including but not limited to titles, colour, design, sizing, style) will be determined by the promoter in its complete discretion. All prizes must be taken as offered.
6.The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize.
7.The prize does not include any installation or set-up of any of the products.
8.If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
9.All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
10.The Promoter reserves the right in its complete discretion to substitute the gift with another product of its choice to the same value, if it deems necessary. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter. No correspondence will be entered into.
11.The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking part in this gift offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12.Delivery of the first issue will occur after a minimum of 4-6 weeks from the date the subscription becomes valid.
13.By subscribing to this ACP Magazines magazine title and providing their email address, the subscriber consents to receipt of any email regarding the magazine title, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
14.By subscribing to this ACP Magazines magazine title you acknowledge that you understand that ‘tip ons’ and gifts that may be available with non-subscriber copies may not be provided with subscriber copies, depending on the sole discretion of ACP Magazines Ltd.
15.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of a prize and/or (g) participation in the promotion
16.Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid.
17.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
