   1. Entry to the Prize Draw implies acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
   2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over or must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardian. Entrants must not be employed by CBS Interactive or its affiliates and subsidiaries or must not be related to their families, or persons directly involved in the administration of this Prize Draw. Void where prohibited. This offer is open to residents of Australia. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws applicable in Australia and New Zealand and subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
   3. How to enter: You will be automatically entered into the prize draw by successfully filling out and submitting the entry form. Entry to the competition is restricted to one entry per person. Participants to this contest accept that CBS Interactive may name the winners of the prizes in public.
   4. No purchase is necessary. All entries will be entered into the draw and one winner will be selected at random. The winner will be drawn from all valid entries received. The competition will run from the 6 July 2011. Entries become the property of CBS Interactive and will not be returned. The draw will take place at the CBS Interactive office, Level 12, 50 Goulburn St, Sydney, NSW, Australia, 2000 on the 1 August 2011 at 9am. The winners will be notified by email on 1 August 2011.
   5. If the winners do not respond to the CBS Interactive correspondence by 2 August 2011, the prize draw will be redrawn on 3 August 2011 at 9am and another winner will be selected. This redraw will take place at CBS Interactive Sydney office.
   6. CBS Interactive cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have been lost or not received due to interrupted connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions, or not received due to lost, late, mutilated, illegible, incomplete entries. Any entries found to be duplicate or fraudulent will result in the participant being excluded from the contest.
   7. The prize is one of three (3) Nokia X3 with a value of approximately AUD $249 each. You can only enter the promotion by successfully filling out and submitting the entry form on the website. All completed entries will be entered into a draw. The prize is not transferable and cash alternatives will not be available. There is one prize for one winner, with a total of three winners for this contest.
   8. Entrants agree that CBS Interactive and its subsidiaries and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever, and will be held harmless by winners for any injuries, losses or costs or damage of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or parts thereof, or from participation in this Prize Draw.
   9. CBS Interactive reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and to suspend or terminate the competition at any time and for any reason, without notice (subject to state approval). CBS Interactive makes no commitment to update information contained herein. It is a condition of entry that the rules are accepted as final, and that the entrants agree to abide by the rules.
  10. The prize will be awarded by a prize draw. CBS Interactive and its decision as a result of the draw will be final and legally binding. CBS Interactive will not enter into correspondence on any matter to do with the Prize Draw.
  11. Should tax liability arise, then it will be the responsibility of the winners to notify their own Government's relevant tax department. CBS Interactive and any of its subsidiaries take no responsibility or liability for taxation or for any other costs incurred in connection with the prizes received in this promotion.
  12. The duration of the Prize Draw is from the 6 July 2011 to the 31 July 2011.
  13. The winner's name and details will be posted on our website by 31 August 2011.
