1: Information on “how to enter” and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be considered.

2: Competition winners will be notified by mail or telephone and their names will be published on the Brisbane News Website.

3: Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

4: Only Queensland residents are eligible to enter.

5: The promoter is Brisbane News, 39 Mayne Road, Bowen Hills, Queensland.

6: The Promoter is not liable for lost, late or misdirected mail.

7: Phone-in Competitions: Dialect Solutions telephone calls cost 55 cents including GST, mobile/payphones extra, available at most payphones. Dialect Solutions telephone calls may not be available from some phones. Children under 14 years must have parent/guardians permission to enter. Dialect Solutions Pty Ltd will provide the Promoter with services that permit the running of this service. In doing so and for that purpose, Dialect Solutions may collect your details and provide them to the Promoter and others for that same purpose. 8: The winner will receive the prize stated in the text of the competition they entered in the Brisbane News.

9: The total prize value is as stated in the Brisbane News. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are delivered is not the responsibility of the Promoter.

10: Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter.

11: Employees and immediate family of News Limited and its associated companies are ineligible to enter.

12: The promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

We may also share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in providing our services, running competitions or with other companies who provide prizes for competitions or reader offers.
