•Information on how to enter and prize details forms part of these conditions of entry, subscribe to an annual subscription to AusDI Advanced and you stand the chance to win an Apple iPhone 4, before 16th of September 2011.
•Entry is open to residents of Australia only. Except the state of ACT.
•Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
•Entry is only valid for new subscriptions of AusDI Advanced. Limited to one entry per customer. You must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.
•Closing Date is Friday 17:00 EST- 16th September 2011, new subscriptions purchased after this date will not be eligible to be put into the draw for the prize.
•Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
•The prize is an Apple iPhone 4 which is valued at AUS$859.00. In the event of that the prize item is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value. Except with the written consent of the Promoter, prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter has absolute discretion as to whether it will provide such consent and need not provide any reasons to any person for providing or withholding consent.
•The draw will take place at Health Communication Network on the Monday the 19th August 2011 at 14:00 EST.
•The winner will be notified by email and telephone within 21 days of promotion closing date. The details of winner to be published on www.phoenixmedical.com.au
