SACOA iPad Competition - Terms and Conditions
1. This competition is a promotion run by SACOA Pty Ltd ABN: 29 919 424 648 (“Promoter”).
2. Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. The competition is open to any commercial farmer in NSW.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences 1 June 2011 and closes 12am midnight on 30 August 2011. The competition will be drawn at 10am on 10 September 2011, at the promoter’s head office at 1st Floor, 39 Stirling Highway Nedlands WA AUSTRALIA 6009.
6. There will be one winner per draw pool who will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received in that draw pool. Allocation of entries to a draw pool will be at the discretion of the Promoter. Any new draw pool requires a minimum of 32 entries before a draw is required for that draw pool. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entry is open to all eligible participants who complete the entry form online at www.sacoa.com.au/winteripad. Entrants will automatically be entered into the draw at the time the entry is completed.
8. The winning grower will receive a current model Apple iPad valued at approximately $600. Any change in the value of the prize between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
9. Collection of the prize will be in Sydney. Suitable transport arrangements will be made direct with the individual prize winner. The colour of the iPad will be subject to availability.
10. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. All other ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility.
12. The prize is subject to availability.
13. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
14. If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10am on 5 January 2011 at the Promoter’s head office at 1st Floor, 39 Stirling Highway Nedlands WA AUSTRALIA 6009 and the redraw winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
15. All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost entries.
16. The information that the entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and of periodically providing entrants with marketing information about the Promoter’s or its related entities’ products and services. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause.
17. If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW as may be required.
18. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
