Terms and conditions for 2011 Jameson IF Awards Competition

1. The promoter is IF Productions Pty Ltd ABN 54 096 929 501 (the “Promoter”).
2. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms and conditions.
3. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia, who are 18 years and over and are
customers of the Promoter. Individuals and companies associated with the
Competition and employees and directors of the Promoter and their immediate
families are ineligible to enter the Competition.
4. The prize consists of:
a. 2 (two) x tickets to the 2011 Jameson IF Awards and after party;
b. 2 (two) x return Economy flights to Sydney airport from the winner's nearest
capital city;
c. Transfers to and from Sydney airport
d. Accommodation at a 4 star Hotel for Wednesday 16 November 2011
e. 1 (one) x “Prize” pack to include a number of luxury items listed in the
Appendix (the “Prize”).
5. To enter the Competition customers must registered as having rated an Australian
film in 2011 (as listed in database) and:
a. Answer the question in 25 words or less “ If you could party with any
Australian star or film character – who would it be and why?” Details
available on the Promoter’s website. (the “Entry”).
The cost of an Entry is free.
6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected Entries.
7. Competition commences at 1030amEDT on 2 August 2011 and closes at 1700AEDT
on 16 September 2011
8. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. The best Entry will be determined by
an employee/s of the Promoter (the “Judge/s”) to be the winner. The winner will be
notified within 14 days of the Competition closing date. The Judge’s decision is final
and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the Competition’s terms and
conditions are altered in a material way prior to an Entry being submitted and the
Promoter has not taken reasonable steps to inform the entrant of the alteration, a
refund of the Entry cost will be provided by way of credit to the entrant’s account.
9. Winner(s) are responsible for any costs associated with redeeming the Prize.
10. The Prize must be accepted by 7th October 2011 and travel dates will be subject to
hotel and flight availability.
11. Winner(s) responsible for getting to and from their nearest capital city airport to
redeem Prize.
12. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are
subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on
the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are
not available from any airline. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required
from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once
