3. Entries are only valid for Australian residents

4. Employees of Network Video and other companies associated with this promotion and their families are ineligible to enter.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. No entries received after the closing date will be recognised as eligible and no responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected mail or incomplete or incomprehensible entries. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

7. Promotion commences on July 22, 2011 at 6pm and entries can be received from this date. Entries close on August 22, 2011 at 5pm. The winner selection will take place at Network Video Head Office on the August 29, 2011. Winners will be notified by phone or email. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. To receive the prize you must be a member of a Network Video store. If you are not a member, upon winning, you can join your nearest store to collect your prize.

10. In the event that the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

11. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible and prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or kind.

12. Any change in the value of prizes between the publishing date and the date prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter

13. Any additional costs incurred by the winner, other than those which forms part of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

15. The Promoter may conduct such further draws at the same place as the original draw as are necessary on in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming regulations 1993 (SA).

The Reef is a 2010 Australian thriller film. The film was written and directed by Andrew Traucki, his second feature film, and is about of a group of friends who capsize while sailing to Indonesia. The group decides that their best bet for survival is to swim to a nearby island but find themselves stalked by a Great White Shark.[2]

Luke (Damian Walshe-Howling) invites his friend Matt (Gyton Grantley) and Matt's girlfriend, Suzie to join him as he sails to a coral reef. Also joining them is Luke's ex-girlfriend Kate (Zoe Naylor) and fellow sailor Warren (Kieran Darcy-Smith). Within hours of beginning their journey, the yacht strikes a reef and capsizes when the keel is destroyed.

With the current taking them further away from land, Luke gathers supplies from the overturned vessel with the intention of swimming to nearby Turtle Island. With the group gathered on top of the overturned hull, Warren activates the yacht's EPIRB, but Luke informs him that it is an older model that requires a plane to fly overhead to receive the signal. When Luke suggests the others to join him in swimming to the island (which Luke estimates to be twelve miles away), Warren refuses as he believes the water is shark-infested. With encouragement Kate, Suzie and Matt follow Luke into the water as he begins the journey.
