How to enter
Simply tell us in 50-words-or-less why you want to win ‘The Ultimate Mine Experience’. Drop your completed
entry form in the entry box at the Geraldton Iron Ore Alliance stand at the Geraldton Iron Ore Alliance Mid West
Career Expo, Durack Institute of Technology, Fitzgerald Street Campus, on Thursday 4 August 2011, or post to
‘The Ultimate Mine Experience’, Crosslands Resources, PO Box 1454, West Perth 6872. Competition is open to
all Mid West school students in years 8 to 12.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to participate forms part of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
2. Participation in the promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The promotion is being conducted by Crosslands Resources Ltd, ABN 66 061 262 397,
Level 2, 18 Richardson Street, West Perth WA 6005 (the Promoter).
4. Entry is open to all school children in years 8 to 12 currently living in the Mid West region of
Western Australia.
5. Enter as many times as you wish. All entries must include a 50-words-or-less answer to be eligible to win.
6. Please provide your name, full address, home telephone number, school, year at school and age along
with the name, address, email, contact number and signature of a parent or guardian.
7. The competition commences on 04/08/2011 at 09:00 WST and closes on 31/08/2011 at 17:00 WST.
The winner will be the best entry selected by the judging panel at the promoter’s premises on 01/09/2011.
8. The winner will be notified by phone and mail within seven (7) days of the judges’ decision.
9. Prize is for one child and one adult and includes return charter flights from Geraldton to Crosslands
Resources’ Jack Hills iron ore mine, a ride in a haul truck, a tour of the mine, lunch in the mess and
a visit to view indigenous rock art. Winner must be accompanied by an adult (parent or school teacher).
10. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person
who enters. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No correspondence will be entered into.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Prize is subject to flight availability, weather
conditions and mine site activities and is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion only and to notify
the winner. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to
direct or consequential loss, or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the redemption
of the Prize.
13. This brilliant prize must be used by 30 October 2011 or another winner will be drawn on this day and
notified by phone and mail.
