Like and Win Promotion (“Promotion”)
Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”)

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. The Promotion commences on Friday, 15th July 2011 at 9am AEST and closes on Sunday, 31st August 2011 at 11.59pm AEST (“Promotional Period”).

3. No purchase is required to enter. One entry per person.

4. The Promotion commences 9.00am 15th July and closes 5.00pm 31st August 2011. Entries submitted after 5.00pm 31st August 2011 will not be accepted.

5. To enter the Promotion, entrants must go to http://www.facebook.com/bevilles, click on the like button and complete the entry form with name and email address.

6. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means are not eligible to enter the Promotion to win the prize.

7. Incomplete or ineligible entry forms will be invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who is found to have tampered with the entry process or submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.

8. There is one (1) Major Prize. The Major Prize is one (1) Bevilles Gift Voucher valued at $1000 (“the Major Prize”).

9. The total value of the Major Prize is a $1000 Bevilles Gift Voucher. Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue and can be spent at any Bevilles store or Bevilles online store.

10. The Major Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

11. Winner is determined at random.

12. The draw for the Major Prize will take place at Bevilles Jewellers Head Office, Level 3, 257 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 on Friday, 2rd September 2011 at midday (“Draw”).

13. The Winner will be contacted by email on Friday, 2nd September 2011, announced on the Bevilles facebook page www.bevilles.com/bevilles and their details published in the Australian on Wednesday 7th September 2011 (“Winner”).

14. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants as required (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

15. The promotion is open to Australia residents aged 18 years or older. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner provide suitable documentation of identity and proof of age prior to awarding the Prize.

16. In the event that the major prize is unclaimed after 7 days from announcement a 2nd chance draw will take place. The Draw for the unclaimed Prize will take place at Bevilles Jewellers Head Office, Level 3, 257 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000 on Friday, 16th September, 2011 at midday (“Second Draw Winner”).

17. The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted by email on Friday, 16th September 2011, announced on the Bevilles facebook page and their details published in The Australian on Wednesday, 28th September 2011.

18. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners’ name for publicity purposes.

19. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or © if the determination of the winners or delivery of the prize is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoter’s control subject to approval by relevant state regulatory authorities.

20. Except for any liability not excluded by law, entrants release and indemnify the Promoter from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrant’s participation in the Promotion.

21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought by winners.

22. The Promoter’s decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.

23. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being used by the Promoter, the Franchise and/or its related entities for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and notifying the Winners. All personal details of the entrant will be stored at the offices of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.

24. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanism or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition.

25. The Promoter is Bevilles Jewellers Pty Ltd, ABN - 16 005 064 308, Level 3, 257 Collins st, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (“Promoter”).

26. Employees and immediate families of employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
