FREE Tour Saturday 13 Aug 2011, 2:00PM to 3:00PM Join one of our guides for a free tour of the current Regional Gallery exhibition Art on Paper. With over 700 entries received the 6th Hazelhurst Art Award is bigger and better than ever. Seventy artists were selected for final display in the exhibition by a panel which included Anne Ryan, curator of Australian Prints from the Art Gallery of New South Wales and Paul Williams (winner of the 2009 Local Artist Prize, Hazelhurst Award). A diverse range of paper media features in the exhibition including pencil drawings, charcoal, ink, oil, acrylic, gouache and watercolour, photography, printmaking and paper animation. Meet in the foyer in front of the Regional Gallery. Tour begins at 2pm.
