ENJO Twitter Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
3. Prize per day is one (1) ENJO Mini valued at $35 and (1) ENJO Miracle valued at $44. Prize is valued at the RRP.
4. The promotion will run daily from the 15th August 2011 to the 11th September 2011. A Question will be posted daily at 7am (WST) and entries will be accepted until 11:59pm (WST) the same day to enter into that days competition.
5. Entry is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18. Employees, Consultants their immediate families and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.
6. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion for that day when they answer the question tweeted on ENJO_Australia’s Twitter Page followed with @ENJO_Australia.
7. Only one entry per Twitter username per day will be entered in the draw.
8. A winner will be picked daily and the most creative entrant will win.  This will be judged by the ENJO Australia Marketing Team.
9. The competition will be drawn daily between 15th August 2011 to the 11th September 2011 and the weekly winners will be notified every Monday morning the following week.
10. The winners will be notified via Twitter through direct message and an announcement on the ENJO_Australia Twitter Page.
11. If the winner does not come forward to claim his/her prize or does not wish to accept his prize, a second name will be drawn at random and so forth until a winner has accepted.
12. ENJO Australia will take no responsibility if the prize winner's contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the prize winner cannot be contacted.
13. The prize will be sent by post to the Prize Winners within 2 weeks of each draw date. ENJO Australia will cover all postage costs and will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
14. ENJO Australia reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
15. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by ENJO Australia, unless a winner otherwise notifies ENJO Australia at the time of accepting their prize. Eligible Entrants consent to ENJO Australia using personal information provided in connection with this promotion for the purposes of facilitating the conduct of the promotion and awarding any prizes.
16. ENJO Australia reserves the right to re-use any material posted into the competition for marketing and promotion purposes on Facebook and the ENJO Australia website, emails, print ads and other promotional materials.
17. Entrants may only use one (1) Twitter account to enter the competition.
18. Late entries (i.e. entries received after the relevant advertised closing times for the Competition) will not be accepted.
19. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The Organizer will make arrangements for the fulfilment of the prize.
