Terms and Conditions of Entry – Lend Lease, Darling Quarter Park Competition
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry for the Nickelodeon
and Lend Lease, Darling Quarter Park Competition (“the Competition”).
2. The official launch of the at the Darling Quarter Park (“Event”) will take place at
Darling Quarter Park in Darling Harbour, Sydney Australia (“Venue”) on Saturday 24
September 2011.
3. There is one method of entry for this Competition: Online
4. To enter, entrants must:
a. Log onto the Nickelodeon website (www.nickelodeon.com.au)  and either:
i. Register their Nick Name and Password by providing the following
information; First name, Last name, Address, State, Postcode, Date of
birth, whether they are a girl or a boy, their email address, and some other
optional information; or
ii. If the entrant has previously registered their details they are only required
to enter their Nick Name and Password in order to enter the Competition
subject to Clause 10.
b. Once logged on, answer in 25 words or less the following question:

5. Entry is open to New South Wales residents only. Employees and immediate families
of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion, including without
limitation Lend Lease and the Darling Walk Trust, are ineligible to enter.
6. Entrants aged under 16 years of age should ask their parent or guardian for
permission before entering the competition or providing any personal information.
7. The Competition commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Friday, 5
th
August 2011 and
entries close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 11th September 2011.
8. Entries received after the closing date will not be eligible to enter. Entries are deemed
to be received at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Competition database
and NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.
9. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
10. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the details in their Nick Name
profile are correct, including without limitation telephone contact number, email and
postal address details, and no responsibility will be taken by Nickelodeon for any
incorrect or out of date information.
11. All reasonable efforts will be used to contact the Major Prize Winner via telephone
only. If the Promoter is unable to contact a Major Prize Winner after reasonable
efforts or if any of the Major Prize Winners fail to claim the prize, the Promoter may
reward the unclaimed or undistributed prize to the next most creative entry. The Prize
remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the Major Prize Winners.
12. The Competition is a game of skill and the first fifty (50) most creative entries as
selected by the judges after consideration will be deemed the major prize winners
(“Major Prize Winners”).
