The promotion commences at 12.01am on 16 August 2011 and closes at 11.59pm on 20 September 2011 (Promotion Period). The Promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as NRMA Insurance of 189 Grey Street, South Bank, Queensland. Entry is open to any Queensland resident aged 16 years of age and over who is a registered Facebook member and uploads their profile photo on our Facebook wall at www.facebook.com/nrmashanescar. Then accurately completes all details in the online entry form and submits during the Promotion Period (Entrant). Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the Entrant. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay or failure of transmission of any Entry. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid. One Entry will be granted per valid insurance policy noted on the entry form, up to a maximum of 5 Entries per Entrant. There will be a total of five Prize Draws with one being conducted on each day of 24 August, 31 August, 7 September, 14 September and 21 September 2011 at 1.00pm at Tequila Australia, 80 Gipps Street, Pyrmont, NSW 2009. For each of the Prize Draws, the first valid Entry drawn will receive First Prize and the second to tenth valid Entries drawn will each receive a Runner-Up Prize. First Prize is one signed Brisbane Broncos jersey and one limited edition NRMA Insurance Broncos football. The Runner-Up Prize is one limited edition NRMA Insurance Broncos football. A total of five First Prizes and forty five Runner-Up Prizes are on offer. Winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the relevant Prize Draw and prizes will be delivered within 21 days. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software. The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of this promotion or taking a Prize or any component of a Prize in connection with or arising out of this promotion. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this promotion is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By entering this promotion, Entrants agree to the Promoter using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion, redeeming the Prizes and any other matter connected to or incidental to this promotion. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
