ALWAYS TRAFFIC STOPPING FACEBOOK COMPETITION

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotion commences at 9am Tuesday 6 September 2011 and concludes at 5.30pm Tuesday 4 October 2011 (“Promotional Period”).

3. The Promoter is Indooroopilly Property Management Pty Ltd ABN 94 144 809 174, Centre Management Office, Level 5, Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, QLD 4068, Australia.

4.Entry is open to Queensland residents over the age of 16 years.

5. To enter, customers must become a fan of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook page and either email a photo of themselves in a traffic stopping? new season outfit to (marketing@indooroopillyshopping.com.au) or be photographed in-centre on either Thursday 8th, 15th, 22nd or 29th September 2011 by the Indooroopilly Style Team in a „traffic stopping? new season outfit. Each Facebook fan whose photo appears on the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook page will receive one entry into the competition.

6. One winner will be chosen for this prize each week on Wednesday 14th, 21st, 28th September and 5th October 2011. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The weekly prize consists of one (1) Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Gift Card to the value of five hundred dollars ($500.00) and one two hour (2 hour) style session with one of the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre stylists. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply. There will be a total of four (4) winners.

7. The four (4) winners of the competition will be determined by Indooroopilly Property Management at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, 322 Moggill Road, Indooroopilly, QLD 4068, Australia at 11.00am on Wednesday 14th, 21st, 28th September and 5th October 2011.

8. The winners of the competition will be notified via the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook page on Wednesday 14th, 21st, 28th and 5th October 2011. The winners will be asked to contact Centre Management via phone (07 3378 4022) or email (marketing@indooroopillyshopping.com.au). Each of the four (4) winner?s names may be published on the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Facebook page and at www.indooroopillyshopping.com.au

9. The Indooroopilly Shopping Centre Gift Card must be collected from the Centre Management office at Indooroopilly Shopping Centre at an agreed date. The styling session must be arranged by the winner with the chosen stylist at an agreed date. Failure to collect the prize within three (3) months time of the conclusion of the competition will result in the prize being forfeited.

10. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and retailers within Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and the retailer?s employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the competition.

11. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

12. The winner will be required to provide proof of identity on acceptance of the prize.

13. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of entering the Indooroopilly Shopping Centre „Always Traffic Stopping? competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to the competition to any person.

15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.

16. The Promoter?s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

17. Participating in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
