iPad Competition Terms
 
1. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions of Entry, "Promoter" means Greenlux Pty Ltd ABN 87 005 043 167, 9/331 Ingles Street Port Melbourne VIC 3207, Australia Ph 1300 650 625
 
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
 
3. By entering the competition, entrants will agree that they may receive offers from the Promoter and/or major sponsors of the competition.
 
4. The competition commences on 9th May, 2011 at 12pm EST and ends on 9th May 2012, 5pm EST.
 
5. Entry to the competition will be via the following website: www.greenlux.com.au/ipad. To enter, either subscribe to receive Greenlux updates. For each person the entrant refers (via the referral section of the competition entry process), the entrant shall receive one (1) additional chance to win.
 
6. A valid email address, physical address and phone number must be supplied during the entry process.
 
7. The draw will take place on 9th May 2012, 3pm at Greenlux offices.
 
8. The promoter will notify the winner by email and telephone on 28th July 2012. The first valid entry drawn will be the winner. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn on 9th June 2012, 2pm. The winner (in the case where a second chance draw is required) will be notified by email and phone on 9th May 2012.
 
9. The total prize pool has a value of $579.00 inclusive of GST.
 
10. No portion of the prize may be taken as cash or for any other consideration.
 
12. The Prize is subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for another of similar quality and value.
 
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the winner accepting and/or redeeming the prize.
 
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of the winner redeeming the prize, or participating in any aspect of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
 
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
 
16. The prize has no additional inclusions unless specified in the Prize description below.
 
17. No spending money is included with the prize.
 
18. The Promoter's decisions concerning any aspect of this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
 
19. The Prize is not transferable.
