2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their related bodies corporate and companies or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

4. Promotion commences at 00:01am (Melbourne time) on 06/10/11 and closes 11:59pm (Melbourne time) on 06/11/11.

5. To enter the draw, participants must successfully complete the entry form. Limit of one entry per person.

6. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database NOT the time of transmission by the entrant.

7. The winners will be chosen at Avancer Home Appliances, 6 swift drive, Glen Waverley, VIC 3150 at 10:00am on November 9th 2011.

8. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all entries will win an Avancer Black Label Slow Juicer worth $299.99 including GST. The second valid entry randomly drawn will win an Avancer Geminus Double Wall Cafe Latte Glasses 250 set of 8 worth $64.99 including GST.

9. Total prize value is $365 (incl GST). All winners will be notified by e-mail within 2 days of the draw date. Winners will receive their prize by mail within 4 weeks of the draw.

10. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries.

11. Prizes must be taken as offered and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize value is the recommended retail price (including GST) in Australian dollars and is correct at the time of printing.

12.
