– Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Viva Christmas Print Promotion (Promotion) is deemed to be an acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promotion commences 3rd October 2011 at 10:00am AEST and closes 11th December 2011 at 11.59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, or agencies or companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

Entry

4. (http://[b]To enter (Entry) the entrant must:(1) log onto www.kleenexmums.com.au/promotions (Kleenex Mums Website);(2) click on the competition link on the Kleenex Mums Website to enter the Promotion; (3) complete all the information requested for Entry into the Promotion including personal contact information; and (4) follow the link in the email sent by the Promoter to confirm Entry into the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period. [/b]) 5. Entries are deemed to be received by the Promoter at the time the entrant confirms the Entry by following the link in the email sent by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to time of receipt.
6. A maximum of one (1) Entry may be submitted per household per week during the Promotion Period.

Draws

7. All valid entries received during an Entry Period will be placed into the draw for that Entry Period, and will also be placed into all subsequent draws held during the Promotion Period. Entries will be drawn via electronic draw tool at 10.00am at Kimberly Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on the following draw dates:

8. The Promoter and its associated agencies or companies accept no responsibility for any lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entry.
9. The Promoter has no control over internet or mobile telephone communications, network lines, bugs/ viruses and server problems and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, for whatever reason.
10. Any entry that is lodged by automatic, repetitive, robotic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents, including the use of a competition entry service (as determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter) will void the entrant’s entry.
11. The first valid entry drawn electronically at random at each of the Draw Dates will the Prize.
12. The Prize consists of 12 rolls of Viva Christmas Print paper towels (6 x twin packs worth $3.99 each).
13. The Prize is valued at $24 each with ten (10) to be won. Total prize value is up to a maximum of $240. The value of the Prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price(s) at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize after that date.
14. Each Prize winner will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw. The names of the winners of each Prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website by 13 December 2011.
15. The Prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied by a winner. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the Prize with a prize or prizes of equal or greater value (including where the Prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
16. The Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary for an unclaimed prize at Kimberly Clark Australia, 52 Alfred Street, Milsons Point NSW 2061 on 13 March 2012 at 10.00am AEST, subject however to any directions given by any applicable gaming authorities. The winners of any unclaimed prize will be notified in writing by e-mail within two (2) days of the relevant draw and details of the winner of any unclaimed prize will be published on the Kleenex Mums Website by 15 March 2012.
17. All tax liability arising as a result of accepting the Prize is the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of the Promotion or receiving, taking or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
